Great way to learn about Iceland's Geography

We enjoyed the tour and learning about Iceland's unique geological formations. We were very blessed to be able to see & feed some Iclandic Horses too. We would've liked the farm operators to talk about their farm and their homemade ice cream.

The locations on the tour were beautiful and I definitely recommend visiting them all! However, the tour didn't feel as personalised as I would expect from choosing a small minibus tour rather than a coach. It would have been better if the tour guide had got off the bus with us to give us more information about the different locations or walked with us as I saw other guides doing. The tour was also 2 hours shorter than advertised and there was no Icelandic music on board.

The guide was great, the bus was clean and warm. Our problem was that the weather was dreadful, not the tours fault but could only review what we did/saw. Would be great in decent weather.

Great tour in a smaller setting and great ice cream

I really enjoyed this tour after going on another tour with a different company the day before. The smaller bus of about 20 people felt much more intimate and personal than a large bus with ~60. My tour guide Michael was personable and informative and seemed to really care about making sure we enjoyed our experience. There was adequate time in each location to explore and do the longer walk/hike route if you wanted. The farm visit and ice cream is what differentiates this tour from the many other Golden Circle tours. From the description, I thought it would be more like a petting zoo farm with different animals like the famous sheep with a tour/guide of the farm. This was not the case but we did get to pet and take pictures with Icelandic horses up close and see the cows at the dairy farm. I'm not a big ice cream or dessert person but the ice cream at the farm stop was the best ice cream I can remember eating. I would definitely recommend this tour overall because of the smaller group setting and if you are at all interested in the farm/ice cream stop in addition to the standard Golden Circle attractions.

Basically just transportation

This is really transportation for point A to B, not a tour. The driver provides very little information during the rides and does not walk you through or introduce you to any of the attractions. Rather, it's a quick two minute intro and then a drop off with a time to return. The itinerary also states that at the last stop, the farm, you'll be able to pet the animals. There was zero animal interaction. We got to see some cows feeding while enjoying our one free scoop but that was it. And as others have noted, you don't see the mountain lake that other tours include. If you just need transportation to the stops this is for you. If you're expecting to learn, or be guided, this is not for you.

The Tour Guide was very professional and courteous and he took care of our needs like family. We got to see the waterfall from a very close angle and that was very memorable for me. He also made my hiking tour very interesting by pointing out all of the historical and important events and landmarks along the route. The trip was a great success and I would recommend your company to my family and friends
