Traveler Tips

There is wifi on the bus which was great because as you take the pictures of the places you visit, you can share them with your friends and family!
I would suggest to make the last stop in the national park 30 min longer as it’s a beautiful place and there are plenty things to explore.
Well worth taking the 8 hours for this tour and to see the amazing sites!

Insightful and amusing
Michael_J, Mar 2023
The amusing guide (Josef from Croatia) and then Iceland (or a wonderful potion of it) unfolding as we travelled to the well-chosen highlights.
Great tour

Brilliant tour, but a long day, however, plenty of comfort stops., Seen the hot Geysers, the awesome falls , looked into a volcano, and where the Tectonic plates seperate North American continent from the Eurasion continent , absolutely not to be missed.
Great time!

Great to get to see a lot of “touristy” spots all in one trip! You spend 30-60 min or so at each place, which was plenty to take in the sights and take some pics. Restroom facilities and food available at all the places, except for the crater. Stunning views and lots of history infused on the bus trip to each place. Great trip for first timers! We really recommend it!
Nice tour spoiled by poor guide
Tully_D, Mar 2023
The places shown in this tour were good. The only downside is the tour guide, Jennifer and the driver. The information given out by Jennifer was extremely limited. Also, at the volcanic crater, we were told by to be back at 10.35am. At 10.30am we started heading back so we would reach the bus on time. As we were approaching the bus at 10.33 a.m, we were shocked and panicked to see the bus had already started moving. We started waving in panic so the bus stopped for us but they didn't see us. Luckily, there was one more passeger just outside the bus who was left behind as well and he managed to run and stop the bus. Once we entered the bus 2 more passengers came after us. We were just shocked that how a tour guide can not take a head count before leaving a place and not notice 5 passengers missing. So at the next stop we politely asked her why she left us behind when we were on time, but she pretended as though she didn't understand what we said. We didn't react any further as we didn't want to spoil the experience for ourselves and other passengers who were there to enjoy the place. Still surprised something like that happened as there's no other public transport or taxi anyone can take from remote locations like that if we got left behind.
Great day

A great day out and also good value. Two lovely guys Geri and Addi entertained us and were very caring the whole day. The weather was appalling and they made the best of the situation. Highly recommend this company.
Great experience with Majestic beauty
Michelle_M, Mar 2023
Beggi our tour guide made the trip amazing. He was funny, knowledgeable and he even sang a keltic song for us. The bus ride was warm and comfortable. The Kerid volcano was very cool to see. The winds were very strong on way to Gullfoss and it made it extremely difficult to enjoy the view which was spectacular btw. We were just trying to stay on our feet! It was still fun and beautiful to see in the winter. Would definitely recommend this tour!
Amazing tour of Iceland's sublime landscape

2nd trip booked with Viator as they didn’t disappoint on the first one. Full day out on a coach but the travelling passes quickly in comfort. Great guide, speaking clear English. Limited time at each stop off so make the most & don’t hang around. Dive straight in to appreciate the natural wonders that Iceland have to offer.
A packed tour of Iceland’s best sights
Alastair_O, Mar 2023
The tour was made by the guide Joanna who kept us entertained and informed throughout the trip. The day was full and we learnt a great deal about Iceland and its people and incredible sights. And this was despite -20degC temperatures with the wind chill. Highly recommended.
A bus ride around golden circle
Deimante_U, Mar 2023
A good choice when you don't rent a car. The guide tells some information while on the road, but not much, at the attractions you're just on your own. You can't charge your phone on the bus, so in case your phone's battery runs out, have a power bank.

AWESOME!!! Our guide, Emily, was absolutely wonderful!! She did a great job keeping us informed and on schedule - we even had time for a bonus stop to see some Icelandic horses! Enjoyed all the stories and bits of Icelandic history that Emily shared with us, and especially appreciated the mini-lesson on the Icelandic language/pronunciation!
