    This was an incredible tour!!!!! I can not recommend it enough. It was the highlight of my trip and I can say, I'm definitely going to return and do it again, only the next time in the summer just so I can see the difference between the snow covered landscape and the green of the summer.

    Perne was an excellent guide, made good conversation, and told us stories to help us understand Icelandic history and culture. The day was packed full but not rushed, and we visited several places we would not have found on our own based on what he sensed our interests would be. As he told us, there are so many places to visit along the golden circle. He was a great person to spend the day with, and a very safe driver. Exceeded every expectation!

    Absolutely the best day out with Bjarni. We were a small group on the Golden Circle tour. He was so friendly and knowledgeable with an ability to captivate us with his story telling of folklore and history. He added on extra little interesting stops to our trip and took us on a less busy route to see the sights, avoiding the busy tourist times. I cannot sing his praises enough, he was the highlight of our trip to Reykjavik.

    Fantastic private tour in comfortable Subaru station wagon. Guide picked us up at our hotel. First stop was Faxi waterfall. We were the only visitors there. Then on to the large crater. Gulfoss (or the Golden Waterfall) was stunning, bring your selfie stick. We visited a dairy farm with a "farm to table" restaurant for lunch and ice cream. Final stop was the continental divide. Guide was friendly and informative. I highly recommend this tour.

    Our Golden Circle tour was amazing with gorgeous scenery and the expertise of our fantastic guide Bjarni T. Bjarni is a great communicator with extensive knowledge of the geography, history and flora and fauna of the area. We especially loved his sharing of folk tales of Iceland.

    Without question, our private tour of the Golden Circle was the highlight of our family trip to Iceland. Our guide, Bjarni, was an incredible resource. He had answers for every question - history, culture, current events, food, jokes, etc. - and punctuated them with entertaining personal anecdotes and musings. He was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and kind, and he seemed to have a connection to nearly every farm we saw along the Golden Circle road. On our trip, we visited the Kerid crater, Faxi and Gullfoss waterfalls, Strokkur geyser, Thingvellir State Park, and fit in a quick trip to a 300-year-old dairy farm for amazing homemade ice cream. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather most of the day and did our best to take full advantage. An excellent day with a superb guide!

    Bjarni was the best tour guide! We learned so much about Icelandic culture. Loved the story about the 13 Santa’s and the stop for Icelandic ice cream. We highly recommend Bjarni for your tour. You won’t be disappointed!

    Our tour guide Bjarni was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and he took us on an unforgettable tour of the most spectacular places. We made plenty of rest stops and he even brought us to a unique farm-to-table restaurant on a farm that specializes in growing tomatoes. It is very popular with locals and the food is delicious! Iceland is a gorgeous country and we only had one day here. With this excellent tour we felt like we saw some of the best sights that Iceland has to offer!

    We had a spectacular day with Bjarni. He was such a great folklore story teller and kept us entertained throughout the day. We felt that was an added bonus to our experience. His knowledge of the sites was also more than we expected. We also saw much more than we were expecting and loved going to the tomato farm seeing those Icelandic horses and the cultivation techniques there plus going to the second farm for lunch where we ate over the cows eating in their pens. And the natural sites were much more than we expected. Such natural beauty was above what we anticipated. We got lucky - no rain during our tour other than driving through the mountains. What a special treat this tour was but made so special because of all of Bjarni’s tales. He’s an incredible storyteller and just by the way he interacted with us, you can see how much he loves his country and enjoys passing on his yarns. Thank you Bjarni for one of the best days we’ve ever had!

    Our guide Bjarni provided us with an excellent personalized tour. His vast knowledge of Iceland brought us to sites that would have been difficult for a large coach to access. We were a party of four in a comfortable MPV. Bjarni was mindful of my husband’s limited mobility and the use of his walker. He tailored the full day perfectly and left us with such an appreciation of this otherworldly land!
