    This was a fantastic way to be introduced to the foods of Iceland. Our guide, Day (real name Dagur) was very informative and very engaging. I was traveling solo and our group was comprised of Americans and a woman from Canada. It was a very cohesive group and I had a blast. The food was phenomenal and I highly recommend this tour for some great food and history!

    Noki (the guide) was great, friendly, informative. The food was really good, good variety. Personally liked Messinn best. Pace was perfect not rushed but not sat around waiting. Really great way to spend an afternoon in Reykjavik

    I had such an amazing and memorable time with my tour group and our guide Sindri! The whole experience was top notch from the food, the service and most importantly the guide! We hit a great variety of places getting foods such as the fermented shark, horse meat and lamb stew. There were plenty of Icelandic classes as well as modern takes on traditional dishes. I loved how much food we got for the price of the tour. I wasn't expecting to be full after but there was more than enough food to satiate most appetites. My tour was especially wonderful because of our tour guide Sindri. He was an absolute blast. Our group was pretty rowdy but he played well with everyone and was joking around while still being a great tour guide by giving us the history and background on our food places. I was traveling solo and he made sure that I felt included which was so sweet. I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone who's here looking to explore food in Iceland!

    Noki was adorable! We loved the food and learned about Icelandic culture. We covered a large part of Reykjavik and discovered hidden gems. I recommend 100%!

    Tinna is wonderful! It is obvious she loves her job spending time with the tourists! She is welcoming, sincere, and fun to be with. The tour was top notch.

    Sindri, or Sparky/Sparkles as he called himself, was an excellent guide. The restaurants were very comfortable and evenly spaced around the city. All of the food was so tasty. My personal favorite was the horse meat on flat bread as well as the langoustine tacos. All food items were well prepared and Sindri shared so much history of the food and nuggets about the city. You could tell he loves the food scene. Wonderful host and very good food. Would definitely book again.

    Fantastic experience and probably the highlight of an amazing trip to Iceland. Our guide Stevie was warm, welcoming, amusing and really made the evening fun for everyone with local tales, stories and information only a local could know. The food was really good at all 5 venues, (although the shark is possibly an aquired taste)! and a great way to sample a variety of icelandic dishes, delicious. Book this trip now and if you are fortunate enough to get our guide you are in for a great time.
