We had a wonderful time, our guide was lovely and had so much knowledge of the colosseum. The sheer size of the building and getting to see the underground was the best part .. magnificent experience

Tiajna was wonderful guide and she did splendid job throughout the tour. She explained every minute details of the Ancient Rome linked with the building of Colesseum, Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum. She was calm, patient, always smiling and made us smile too.

Great tour, not great company

We really enjoyed our tour with our knowledgeable and extremely nice guide. We learned so much! However, the company does not treat its customers equally. I gave the company a heads up that we would be 10 or 15 minutes late and asked if it would be okay, to which I was told no and we had to reschedule our tour for a later time. Then, on that rescheduled tour, the company waited 15 minutes for late travellers to arrive for the tour. We were very frustrated that other people were allowed to show up late, making us have to wait around, while we were not given that same grace when we were upfront about being late (we were told it would not be fair to hold the group up yet our tour was held up by these late tourists). Next time, I guess I would just show up late like the other guests without giving notice so we could also get special treatment.

This tour was really cool and informative. Our tour guide was really nice and answered all of our questions. We learned so much and saw so much about Ancient Rome. This is a 3 hour tour with a lot of walking in the heat so just be prepared. Bring comfortable shoes, a hat, and some water!

Thank you so much for the great tour! It was interesting, informative and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. Group size was perfect and due to Corona there are only few tourists. Perfect time to visit Rome and explore!

This day was very stressful i arrived 1 hr early thank goodness as no where on the paper work did it tell me to meet at the station. I searched & searched four the tour group asked & asked for help , 1 sent me this way another sent me that way then finally i got through to the group leader & found them the colosseum tour was thorough & the ticket got us in to palantine hill & roman forum & the guide was knowledgable but no earphones in a very large group so couldn't always hear. The tour did not do palentine hill, it was a bit disappointing

This tour was fantastic. The guides were so well versed in ancient Roman history. It was great to know exactly what you are looking at whilst walking around the sites. Highly recommend Crown tours.
