A company that offers above average service

I had previously posted a review related to an audible self tour with viator that was very disappointing. After posting my experience, I was contacted by a representative of the company who advised the payment made for the tour we were scheduled to take would be refunded. We had not requested the refund as my understanding was that no refund would be considered. We were surprised & impressed that the company offered, was concerned about our experience, & their assurance of their attempt to rectify the issue even though their records indicated we had “no showed”, which was not the case. I am therefore correcting my impression & review that viator has gone above our expectations & I do recommend others to schedule their tours with viator as they very obviously care about their customers having the best experience they can offer.

You have a problem with another operator not with us but you posted your previous experience with us to posted as a review which really not good for us. you book through Viator with us only tickets and we provided your E-voucher via WhatsApp and that's all. but to mention "not showed" and "NO REFUND "' its happened with another operator who also works with Viator like us. so kindly check well and use your brain where you are going to post anything that is the right place or not. your opinion will be a bad impression for anyone business. as we talked via WhatsApp about this review to delete and when you understand it was a wrong place you did a post but you don't know how could delete it, as you explained to us, so please don't think just your side before to post any feedback next time. thanks
