At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival
in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Easiest way to get to your cruise (and back).

We had the same driver to and from the port of Civitavecchia and he was great! I sure wish I could remember his name. He is such a good guy. Both times he arrived 10-15 minutes early for pickup. He didn't speak much English but was somehow able to communicate well. He drove us safe, calm as to avoid car sickness yet got us to our destination quick. The perfect part was the pickup at the VRBO and the drop-off at the front of the ship - easy! The reverse was just as perfect - pickup right outside the exit of the ship and a quick drop-off at the hotel. Done! Would us this wonderful driver again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Driver was waiting for us in arrival hall and knew our flight was late, and verified our hotel. Van for our family of four was clean and comfortable. Great experience. Our flight was 2:30 hrs delayed and the tour operator was accommodating and also communicating using the Viator app as we kept them up to date with the flight changes. Once we found our luggage we located the driver in a sea of other providers. His service was excellent and we arrived at our hotel before we knew it.

Talk about taking the stress out of our first trip to Italy. Paolo was our driver and there he stood with our name on a card, easy to find. He immediately took over and began telling us about Rome and showing us around the city. He took us to less traveled sites, recommended restaurants and delivers us to our hotel safe and sound and less stressed. Paolo is an excellent driver and an excellent guide.
