  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • You will cover an area of approximately 8,5 miles (14km). The difficulty level of the tour is leisure (or intermediate with a child seat or child extension mounted on the bicycle).
  • Excepting infants of less than 12 months (who cannot take part in the tour), there is no age minimum or maximum - this tour is suitable for everyone as long as you can ride a bike!
  • Infants aged 1-4 years travelling on a child seat (with load capacity of up to 55 lbs or 25 kg) come on the tour free of charge
  • For children aged 5-8 years a child extension (child streamliner) is provided.
  • Children aged 9 and above can autonomously ride on an appropriately sized E-bike.
  • All participants in the tour are required to wear a helmet (provided for free).
  • Are the tours safe? The answer is: Absolutely! The tours follow carefully planned routes which have limited access to traffic, and some have no traffic at all, meaning you are able to enjoy your ride around the city in total relaxation and safety and you won't have to worry about traffic.
  • Minimum of 4 participants applies (total number of participants on tour). There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are only 3 passengers (or less) on the tour. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative for your tour or full refund.
  • Please note: In the event of official/public celebrations and happenings in the city center of Rome, the company reserves the right to substitute one or more of the included highlights with alternative ones.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Great tour of city with Linda our guide being very informative. Unfortunately Rome doesn’t have cycle lanes so cyclists have to share narrow streets with lots of pedestrians
A great way to experience a new city

Taking a bicycle tour with a good guide is a really great way to see the city and to learn about the important sights. We have done this in many cities and this tour in Rome did not disappoint us. We took a 4 hour tour and saw all the major sites with a great guide who shared lots of his knowledge around the history of Rome, it’s origins and how things developed over the last 2,700 years!! Great fun and great value.

It was my first time on an e-bike and I really enjoyed the assist on the couple of hills. Our guide was Amber and she was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We were a small group so were very nimble even through the crowded areas. I feel like we saw 90% of Rome’s attractions all on one tour. We did the tour on our first day and it really got us oriented to the city, and now we have time to go back to the couple of places that really interested us (Colosseum/forum and Pantheon) on subsequent days for more in depth experiences.

I'm sure it would have been a wonderful tour but given the directions on where to go, being it the first day in Rome, we walked and walked and never found it. They were responsive to our complaint and gave us a 50% refund even though technically we were a 'no show'.

Alessandro lead us through charming back streets and alleys to visit many of the key historic sites around Rome. Always more fun on two wheels! And the narrative overviews were informative and interesting, supplemented with many visuals showing "then vs now".

The tour was amazing. The e-bikes were in perfect condition and very comfortable for a 4-hour tour. We explored the majority of the most popular monuments with our very kind and knowledgeable guide, Arina. Our tour guide, Arina, was very friendly and helped us with an informative demonstration of the history of Rome's monuments.
