Skip the line did not apply so spent lots of time in line.
I advise all travelers to take tours with the fewest number of people possible for these venues are very crowded and popular places for visitors.

“Skip the Line” tickets is not accurate. Waited 1.5 hours in a line.

We would like a full refund for our tickets today. We stood in line for an hour and a half before entering the Colosseum. We were guaranteed no long lines with the “Skip the Line” tickets - that is the only reason we bought these. We saw other tour groups walk right in. This is absurd and not what we paid for. How do we get our money back? False advertising was provided. Also, our tour guide was very nice but he had a very strong accent and we could only understand 20% of what he was saying. Please let me know when this will be refunded.
Disappointing and unreliable as Tour Operator didn't turn up!

Booked for this tour for 10am. Arrived at meet-up point 10 mins before the tour time. No sign of tour operator/guide even after an hour of wait in the cold. Sent message to Tour Operator via Viator app, no reply till few hours later. No apologies and no explanation of what happened, just asked if I can do the tour at 2pm. Very disappointed.

Had an issue, and arrive less then 10 min after the start of the tour. Had informed the tour operator about this and that I was on the way but it took them over 20min to get back to me in the first place and then an hour to get back with an answer. Wouldn't use this company again.

Tour guide was outstanding in providing history culture and making it interesting. Fabio was fabulous! He even brought overlaid transparencies to illustrate how the historical sites might have looked in their hay day! Excellent information and details that we had never heard before. One disappointment, however, we had to wait over an hour and half later than our start time in the rain standing around.

We went there on 1/1/2023 where there was long waiting queue for ticket. But the tour guide Irene provided detailed background of the colosseum and made the waiting journey so easy. Irene is very knowledgable and provided a lot of information to us. Definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

Excellent guide and very friendly and knowledgeable Viator site allowed us to book this for Dec 25थे which was weird as pantheon was closed that day. We stood in the line like many others and no one showed up. However when I posted the message to your operator they acknowledged the confusion and adjusted us to a four which matched our preference Overall was great experience apart from minor scheduling glitch

We booked the tour the day before. That evening after going to bed, I received a text asking if we could move to a different time. When I saw the text, early the next morning, I responded that we could. I never heard anything more from them. We went to the meeting location at the new time. Another family was there as well so I know we were in the right place. The guide never showed up and it wasn't until several hours later that I received a text asking if we could reschedule. Since we were flying out the next day we couldn't do that. We'll more thoroughly read reviews before scheduling a tour going forward.

Very Knowledgeable tour guy, straight to the point, you really skip the long lines, worth a lot to do it in stead of going by in your own.
Tour was canceled and we had only one day in Rome. We waited at meeting place and did receive an email saying no tour

None. Tour canceled Never received an email saying so or informing us. We expect full refund. We used Viator for anorher tour, but I had an accident and couldn’t walk to meeting point on time. You refused to pay for this tour of the Vatican. We feel that you should you rembourse us for both tours.. Looking forward to a response about the two tours we never experienced.
