  • Children 5 and under are entitled to free access to the Vatican Museums (with proof of age)
  • Children aged 6-18 are entitled to a reduced entry fee (see tour and ticket pricing) and must provide proof of age.
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.
  • At least 4 people are required for the guided tour options to take place.
  • Check-in is 15 minutes prior to the booked start time. Tickets are time sensitive and we cannot accomodate late arrivals.
  • Entrance into St. Peter's Basilica is separate from the Vatican Museums and is not always available. When possible, our guided tour options will benefit from this special access at no extra cost. Entrance to the Basilica is free and does not require a ticket.
  • Masks are no longer mandatory, but as strongly recommended due to crowds.
  • Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Great tour - too little time to see everything

The tour guide was excellent but there just isn’t enough time to see everything in this short amount of time. If you want to take your time and wander around the Vatican museums I would suggest doing an early morning tour so you can go back and see what was quickly viewed.

Seeing the Sistine chapel was Amazing. The crowds are Insane probably the worse I have seen anywhere. If your crowd phobic this place won’t work for you. How my tour guide could deal with that and those people day in and out was amazing to me. I would snap after day 2.

Monica is a great tour guide. Very informative and told us a lot about the Vatican Museum. She made it come to life. The only drawback was that there was no skip the queue access to St Peter’s Basilica.

To see the vatican and sistine chapel. The experience was beyond belief. I will be honest I am not a religious person so the whole experience was very touching. I must also say the rep who took us into the vatican was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable, her name was Serena

Loved this tour. I love history and although I’m not particularly religious you don’t need to be to appreciate the beauty and splendour of this place. Our tour guide Lindy was great, full of information and able to answer all of the questions from the group.

The guide was super great and enthusiastic! Only downside was our tour time (so not the companies fault) but would recommend a tour earlier than 3 so that you can see everything in the Vatican museum before it closes around 5 and also to have time to wait in line for St Peter Basilica before it closes.

This tour well exceeded my expectations. We went thankfully on a not too busy day so the crowds weren’t too bad. If you have time it’s a great way to have ten art explained while take in all the beautiful scenery.

The Vatican Museum is filled with beautiful artwork and amazing interior architecture. The guide was good and knowledgeable. After the museum and Sistine Chapel, we were able to go to St. Peter's Basilica without having to fall back in the security line. The value of this tour would directly be related to saving time from long lines.

The whole experience of walking around the Vatican Museums was made by Lindy the tour guide! So knowledgeable, friendly and humorous would never have come back with so much history had it not been for her! Sadly we didn’t get to go to the Basilica due to it being in use on a Wednesday morning, so although clear it’s when access is available if regular times are unavailable might be worth making that clearer. But if you’re on the English tour with Lindy you’ll have a great time!

My wife and I have never been to Rome or Italy for that matter. We have had a great experience, but by far the highlight so far was this guided tour. I cannot recommend it enough. The experience was amazing, but our fantastic tour guide brought it to life! Maria Laura Sansonette her name and the history she shared, her comfort with the story telling mixed with her enthusiasm and appropriate comedy was beyond what we could have ever expected. What a blessing she was. We can’t recommend this tour, and especially Maria enough.
