We wanted to visit the Borghese Gallery but didn't know when it would fit into our schedule. We booked this last hour tickets through Viator at the last minute and it was perfect for us and we didn't feel rushed through the museum.

If you want to get in the gallery and the tickets are sold out, try this tour for sure! The price is comparable, and it has the benefits of added information to use as much as you choose plus the ability to go through at your own pace. We recommend!

Skip-the-line probably is not necessary at the Borghese, as entries are timed. However, there were more times available through Viator than directly through the museum. Met the rep, got our tickets. All went well.

The Borghese is an interesting gallery, but this was a waste of money. The audio guides within the museum are better than a phone and headset. Or, better yet, look for a tour with a guide. No need to buy this ticket. We could have accomplished the same thing buying tickets at the museum itself on the day.

This is a scam. This was not a skip the queue experience which I was looking for as I am 7 months pregnant (which I did communicate to Viator when booking) I still had to queue to get into the museum. This was also not a guided tour. Book your tickets in advance of your trip directly with the Borghese Villa. Only costs 15EUR compared to the 54EUR for the same experience through viator.
Get tix from the museum, not this tour

The Borghese Gallery is exceptional; go if you have a chance. Buy the tickets directly from the museum if possible. We could only get tix from this venue as they were sold out from the museum the only time we could go, but this “tour” it was not worth the extra money in general. They give give you an app that is very confusing. The museum has audio guides for about 5 euro and they’re much better. Don’t “skip the line”, skip this “tour” and go directly to the museum.

Bernini sculptures the most spectacular works of art in Rome. Not to be missed. Guide extremely knowledgeable. Our downloading devices did not work so substituted a guided tour.

The guide was basically rude and we didn't have some app so she couldn't give us a tour with her radios...we had to buy one from the museum and do our own tour. A Toal waste of money!

Galleries were amazing and definitely worth visiting. Viator ticketing was very sketchy. They don’t sell you a real ticket, instead you get a voucher, which is not accepted by the museum. Of course they don’t tell you this when purchasing. It took several conversations with museum staff to understand I had to find a “guy with an orange flag” outside the museum who would convert my voucher into a ticket. The so-called audio tour is via phone app and useless.
