This is a Must Do if you Want to Experience the Sites of Rome at Night

So glad I booked this tour. I have been to Rome dozens of times as my mother was Roman, but never did anything like this until this trip. Not only was it the best way to see Rome at night and visit some of the most iconic sites at night, but it was just plain fun! I wasn't in one of the side cars because I was solo, but had just as much fun being a passenger in the crazy traffic of Rome on the back of a Vespa. I had not ridden on one since I was a teenager (decades ago) and it didn't disappoint. Our guide was personable, professional, and did a great job at each stop explaining the history of where we were. My Vespa driver was also very personable and I trusted him 100% with my safety. The entire group (probably around 10 or so of us plus drivers) stopped at the end for a gelato or caffe and chatted. I would highly recommend this tour for something fun to do at night. It was a little chilly in March, but still so worth it!

This was definitely one of the favorite tours that we took on our visit to Italy. Leonardo, our guide picked us up at our hotel and we met up with the rest of the group. Seeing the city and all of the landmarks at night provided a different perspective and made for some great pictures. Halfway through the tour my wife lost her cellphone, but thanks to Leonardo and a little technology, we were able to find it.

Something special to do in Rome and very much enjoyed getting to see the city this way on our first night. Due to mechanical difficulties, the tour left closer to 7 than 6 and instead of ending later, some places were left off (Vatican, Trevi) and some added. booked for highlights and not “hidden Rome”

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. Giovanni was my Vespa driver and he was probably the nicest person I've met in all of Italy. He gave me multiple recommendations of places i should visit while was in Rome: He even had us make a surprise stop by the Mouth of Truth when i told him about how i wanted to go since I'd seen Roman Holiday! The tour itself was amazing and I loved getting the visit a bar/restaurant and see the nightlife of Rome. Leonardo really gave the tour an exciting and knowledge lead. 10 out of 5! I highly recommend!

Incredible First Look at Rome!

Our family absolutely loved this experience with Cuma and his friends! This was the perfect introduction to Rome, especially in consideration of my elderly grandmother's difficulty in walking around. They were extremely accommodating as they provided a vespa with an easier sidecar for her. Our guides kept us entertained, and we got to see a side of Rome and learn things that we certainly couldn't have done on our own. The vespas were such a cool experience! We were able to reach awesome vantage points for photos and explore the city in such a unique way. The person riding behind the driver should be able to hold on as sometimes there is no back rail for support. The roads were pretty bumpy, but our drivers were very kind in accommodating us to go slowly when requested for a smoother ride. We would absolutely recommend the tour especially with Cuma as your guide!

Such a fun tour! What a great way to see the city at night! The vespa ride is so fun, my teen son and I both loved it. They take you to some amazing vantage points to see the main structures of the city all lit up- beautiful! The drivers and main guide are very funny and knowledgeable. Its a great way to see the different neighborhoods of the city and the key monuments at night. Highly recommend!

Giovanni was the man on the right that drove me and Leonardo in the middle is the other guy that was the leader. All three of the guys were very nice, knowledgeable helpful guides. Giovanni helped me out in telling me what to keep an eye out for and where and what to eat being my first time in Italy. I was nervous riding a Vespa in Italy but it turned out to be one of the best highlights of being in Roma. I would definitely do the tour again or do a day Vespa tour. Thank you again Giovani! The Jewish fried artichoke suggestion was one of two a highlights culinary wise based on your suggestion while we drove around. I even went back!

The entire experience was a delight! we saw the beautiful Rome at night on a super quirky vespa. I would definitely recommend this activity, as you not only get to see Rome when it's a bit quieter but because you will be riding a Vespa.
