Please be informed that the Vatican Museums provide wheelchair free of charge in the main lobby. You can easily pick one up upon entering, before starting your own independent visit.
Please note also that - the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica maintains a strict dress code year-round. All visitors must have their shoulders covered and pants/skirts must come to the knee. Please wear comfortable shoes.
If you are looking for a tour with wheelchair access you can choose our private wheelchair accessible tour so our guide can lead you through an alternate route.
Backpacks, tripods and big umbrellas must be left inside the cloakroom upon entering Vatican Museum. To reduce any disruption for your group, we recommend that backpacks are not taken on this tour.

i only booked the tickets the night before and I was surprised that I got them. My son was happy that we got the tickets as this was our last day in Rome. He really enjoyed the museums.

Frustrating experience

Finding the ticket place was a challenge. We ran late because of bad directions from St Peter’s. We were not really interested in the museum and just wanted a fast track to the chapel. There apparently isn’t one. It took us nearly an hour to get to the chapel not stopping to view museum pieces. Very frustrating experience

Horrible customer service, possibly a scam

I attempted to contact the tour company to let them know that we were running late, but I was unable to get ahold of anyone. When we arrived, the address was incorrect. Instead, there was a hand written sign that directed us to go to a different address. The tour operator was not listed at the new address, but we went inside anyway and were told it was the correct place. We were then told that we lost the tour and were not eligible to receive a refund. We were offered a spot for a later tour, but the clerk would only take cash… and the ATM machine in the office charged a $30 fee to withdraw the money for the tour. Seemed like a scam. The tour itself was mediocre. We ended up paying hundreds of dollars for an OK at best experience.

Too stressful to get the tickets from the distribution point

We had our on line confirmations with us….we got a cab to the address we were given on line to pick up our tickets….there was a sign directing us to another address…we were already stressed about being late. The man at that ticket outlet was very abrupt…he wanted to upswell us to other tours…finally he gave us our ‘skip’ sticker and basically ushered us out. He was very rude to the people before us in the line. Too long of a wait outside, very crowded and the leader of our group walked too fast for us to keep up. We enjoyed the Vatican but not the experience we had with Viator

These are just tickets to skip the line to the Vatican museums. And it was very helpful! The line to get in to the museums the day we went was very long, we were told over an hour. It felt great walking right past the line to get right in. Inside, there is no real line into the Sistine Chapel.

Stay away. This company does not care about your experience, only making dishonest money.

We arrived at the provided address an hour before our tour, only to find a sign that the business was closed and would not reopen until 2 hours after our tour was supposed to be. We asked another company down the road for help, and they directed us to a second address that was not provided. Multiple customers were already there and expressed a similar problem. The workers told them that there was nothing they can do, and they cannot offer a refund. This caused many frustrated customers and caused the workers to raise their voices at the patrons and insult them. Not to mention, we did not actually receive a skip the line tour, just a guided walk to the ticket booth where we were left on our own. This company is poorly run and seems like they intentionally mislead customers to force panic buying for fear of missing out. Would NOT recommend.

In the end we could go into the museum, but the way to it was rocky and very frustrating. The place we had to meet in order to go to the museum was unclear and chaotic. After we finally found the meeting spot, the man from the company begged for a good review, then we would get the tickets we had lost as we were too late due to the vagueness of the place we had to meet. It is a lot easier and quicker to just wait in the queue and buy tickets in de actual museum instead of online with a “skip the line”. You still have to wait really long.

Fast and easy to buy tickets online. Downloaded onto phone - all good. However, arrived at the Vatican Museum after queuing to be told we had to walk to an office 5 minutes away to “redeem” the tickets first. So wasted time doing this, was handed a piece of paper to then have to go back to the museum, join queue again and then take the paper to the ticket office inside to be handed two paper tickets for entry! What is the point of that? The downloaded tickets on our phone should allow us access. What a waste of time.

Absolute scam. The actual price of a Vatican Museum + Sistine Chapel ticket is €17 at the museum's ticket office. We paid €26 per ticket to have a sketchy dude escort us to the entrance and hand us tickets. We stood in line just like everybody else, no fast-track at all. These A-holes buy up tickets in bulk so all the timeslots are occupied so that people who want to visit have no choice but to buy their repackaged tickets or wait until 16h in the afternoon. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Easy instructions and simple skip the line. Very simple and straight forward just what was required.. Vatican Museum is immense and fantastic. Each room is wow and then at the end the Sistine Chapel which is incredible! Overall wow experience.

very disorganized - only necessary if you want a guided tour

A friend was visiting us in Rome and this was her must see attraction. I totally understand (i have been to the chapel more times than i can count) so i booked tickets. The meeting point was away from all the other meeting points down a side street with no signs. W got there early but walked in circles as each person thought it was at a different point. We finally found it but were put in with a guided tour group to collect the tickets. If you DO NOT NEED A GUIDED TOUR - you are better off buying tickets directly from the Vatican website.
