You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The trials were 330 years ago and the buildings are gone. The Witch House is the home of Judge Corwin. It's called the witch house because of his ties to the witch trials. We know the site of the executions, but nobody knows what tree was used to hang the witches. Nobody knows if the tree still exists. And the debate rages as to whether they used a tree for the first hanging and then built a gallows. We know the locations of many of the events. Every tour in Salem has the same issue, but at least our tour shows pictures we've found from old books of people's homes and locations where events happened that are too far to walk. We walk about a mile because many locations were centered in the downtown area.

Thousands of people have taken this tour with the esteemed professor and have had no issue with the character. We get private groups in October that personally request Professor Whateley.

Could not take the tour

There was no parking available within a six block radius. All the public parking was marked off for a special event and other parking areas were by permit only or assigned to specific businesses. We were unable to take the tour because we could not park our car anywhere.

There are two large parking garages that are away from all the events that happen in the middle of downtown. One is the MBTA Garage the other is on New Liberty Street. The no parking signs were for street sweeping later that night. We send out a detailed list of information in every confirmation as Salem is a busy city. We're also available by phone at 978-745-0666 for assistance in locating where to park.
