Told us the wrong spot where to meet, other guides didn't know company. Missed almost all stories as she rushed and then started going faster when asked to slow down. The father of two ended up picking up his kids and ran with her to catch up! I am disabled. Went to wrong house and I found them across the street at a different house! Didn't stop for pictures of the Bewitched statue but was a way from it so hear narrative or take a pic? She knew I was disabled and should have known others may have been. Went into an alley and states she couldn't use her head set which was turned down low yet then she went out of the alley to cross the street only to tell stories about the same building! By the time I found them, she asked me my opinion of the tour...she got an earful! I requested a refund and was denied. Writing parent company Travelocity, BBB and contact regarding the discrimination of person's with disabilities. They ruined our first time in Salem, especially for Halloween and was excited to take the tour - what a huge rip off

Least favorite

The least favorite of the 3 tours we took. We booked this Halloween night hoping for a fun spooky experience. We found ourselves wanting to leave this tour to experience what was happening on the streets. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and kind but didn’t make it exciting or fun. Other guides kept the group together well and we were entertained unlike this tour. It just wasn’t even close in comparison to history and hauntings or the elite Satanic tour.

Overcrowded but good tour guide

The tour guide was great he was knowledgeable and brought in some of his own experiences to add to the tour. The tour group was way too big and the large crowds made it hard to enjoy the tour. This was on Halloween night though so I’m sure other nights might be better

Tour moved very fast...

Tour moved very fast paced. I had a bad knee and while able to walk, I could not keep up with how fast the tour guide walked us. Definitely not for Simone who can’t run from site to site.

First time with a tour guide

Definitely worth it. It should be the first thing people do before they go off on their own. Your are introduced to the historic sites, obtain so knowledge, and you have a better idea of where you are! Our tour had a fun personality!!

We had Shannon as our guide. She was very knowledgeable as well as having some ghost stories. We did many tours while we were there and this one was in our top 3! We went the last week of September and it was very nice not to crowed and everything is open!
