A:Yes, there are many parking lots near our Welcome Center and Hop-On Hop-Off Stop 1. The two closest parking lots are at 328 East Crockett Street and at Crockett Street / Bowie Street.

We loved the river boat ride and our guide Bob. He was hilarious! Wish the Tower of Americas had a tour guide instead of just an elevator escort. With all the construction downtown, had to be dropped off a few blocks from some of the stops. Enjoyed the history and information for each stop from the bus drivers.

I was scammed! The ticket office was closed; customer support does not answer the phone; and the web customer service link is a dead link. As a result, we had to purchase additional boat tickets from another vendor. I am requesting a refund. I wish I could have given zero stars rather than 1.

We enjoyed the boat cruise in the evening. We also enjoyed our experience at the Tower of America..we ate in the restaurant there which was delicious. The bus ride was fine…some drivers were more friendly than others but overall it was good. It was difficult for them to traverse all the construction! Some of the windows were “clouded” making it difficult to see. Thank you.

Diamond was our driver on the boat - real story telling- but our experiences of the tower of Americas - first in line no large group, but wait time was very long & the hop on bus with Construction let us off & then we walked to church/ governors place - from there had walk to Texas ranger - no flags for bus pick up - we sat for 45 mins waiting where told bus would stop across from Texas Ranger which finally opened from closed as waited for bus We ended up walking from market all way back to Alamo only being able ride two times & with festival happening buses should had extended hours of operation

I purchased this and was unable to use it due to the booth closing so early, I then had to purchase another ticket to do the boat tour and American tower. The actual tour places would not accept the QR code you needed to go to this companies booth to print tickets separately, which is a third party to the actual tour locations. VERY disappointed and basically paid twice for my tickets.

The Hop-On Hop-Off bus is a great way to see San Antonio. The only problem is sometimes you can't hear or understand the guides. It's a hit or miss. We actually only did the whole tour one time. We had a two day pass so we went to the Tower of Americas the second day. It was a rainy and cold day so we didn't do any sightseeing that day - just to the Tower of Americas. The Alamo was right next to where we got our tickets. Highly recommend the guided tour there. The Tower of Americas was just okay as we were in a bit of a hurry so we really can't comment on the video that they show you. We just went up the tower and down. We were very disappointed in the boat ride on River Walk. We could not understand our tour guide at all. She had a very heavy accent and would keep giggling at her own comments. The ride was good though and at least we got to see a lot of the River Walk. We always like the Ho Ho bus as it is a great way to get an overview of the city.

The San Antonio River Walk Cruise was a beautiful and an entertaining way to see the river! Our guide was excellent. She kept us "in stitches" with her fact regarding the area and her humor!!!! Tower of Americas was also a worthwhile visit. Hop-On Hop Off drivers: all drove safely but some were good at sharing information regarding the stops along the ride and some could use lessons on how to present information more professionally. 111\\
