A:Yes, there are many parking lots near our Welcome Center and Hop-On Hop-Off Stop 1. The two closest parking lots are at 328 East Crockett Street and at Crockett Street / Bowie Street.

A:We are unable to provide a hotel pick up for our Hop-On Hop-Off tours, but most downtown hotels are on, or near the route.

Riverwalk bus your and boat ride was great

We did the 48 hour tour, so the first day was like an overview and the second day, we knew exactly what stops we wanted to get off and explore. The boat cruise was fantastic, I recommend taking it after dark, it was beautiful!
River Cruise YES Hop on Hop off Bus NO

5/5 for River Cruise and 1/5 for Hop on Hop off bus, so averaging 3/5. Bus was very boring and only single decker, could only barely hear the driver (we were barely a third of way down) was like an hour of restaurant advertising. River Cruise was excellent, interesting and Thomas was brilliant, funny and informative.

We were expecting an open top bus but only coaches were running. No commentary on the first coach, no idea what we were passing. Waited between 30 and 45 minutes between coaches. At one stage we missed a bus so came back ten minutes later only to see the next bus pulling away. Had to wait more than 45 minutes for the next one. Very disappointed.

Spent the entire day using this and it is definitely a must if you want to see all the sights and go and explore. The stops are visible, bus comes every 20 min. Highly recommend

I ordered our tickets online on the way to San Antonio. We picked them up and enjoyed the bus tour of San Antonio and boat ride on the Riverwalk. You can hop off the bus at any if it’s stops and catch another every 20 min or so at the same stop. It was so easy and if we had questions the guides were very helpful. We will definitely use the tour if/when we visit again!

Enjoyed the cruise very informative. The hop on hop off was enjoyable but had a hard time hearing the guide over the speaker. Heavy traffic so could not stop at a couple of the stops.

I'm handicapped on oxygen n it's been hard to get around without being out of breath. I have met so many wonderful people each helping me in the own way. The bus came back for us as I was out of oxygen not only that let me off close to my hotel. The Riverboat people let me on the boat faster cuz I could not stand in that line. The waitress that went out of her way for me at Margaritaville to make sure I got to an Uber. The people were just so awesome that run this

The river cruise was fun. The bus tour was terrible and a big waste of money. Couldn’t hear the bus driver and there were no seats on the top level. Extremely overpriced Doesn’t include admission to the alamo

The bus goes around through the seediest parts of town. The "tour" consists of a litany of restaurants that paid to be announced on the tour. The bus also stops running after 6pm. Unless you really need to see the Flour Mill and abandoned brewery-apartments, skip the bus tour. Captain K was very good on our 2nd run around San Antonio. He taught us about the city and the history, not the restaurants. Be sure to skip the Market near the Cathedral, and the Antique Mall. Also, the Texas Ranger Saloon charges $43 per couple to see their stuffed animal trophies. Skip that too. The tour bus office was manned by "dolts" who were very unhelpful.

Loved the boat ride and convenience of hop on hop off buses. All the drivers were very courteous and informative. We used the 3 day pass so we could spend time at each place. We highly recommend.

Hop on Off bus tour was so disappointing! Can’t say we were excited by anything☹️ We did the Alamo on our own, glad we made the trip for that! Also took the River boat cruise- this was our favorite- so beautiful! We enjoyed walking around the restaurants and shops (would absolutely recommend that part!)

The hop-on, hop-off bus was less than stellar. Employees were grumpy and rude. The boat cruise was FANTASTIC. Joel was the best tour guide we ever had. His narration and anecdotes were great!! Save your money, just do the boat cruise.

The Riverwalk is a fun experience and San Antonio does a great job. This is one of the cleanest cities I’ve visited. Ray and drink are the mainstays of our downtown visit. The hop on hop off bus tour was disappointing. The schedule was off from the beginning and multiple stops along the route are either closed or relocated and the signage was not changed and the instructions were vague. The bus is loud and we couldn’t hear the driver’s commentary well. The tour package was misleading (for me anyway) and the riverboat(s) are NOT hop on hop off like the bus and is a one-time tour. There are river taxis but those are different and you pay for those on top. Lots of walking. Hard to get around if you can’t hike a while. The Alamo was interesting due to its historical significance but that’s about it. Pretty disappointed with that experience. San Antonio - yes Tours - no, not necessary. No value.

Our riverboat tour was fun and entertaining. He took his time and pointed out numerous area that we went back to and explored further. Loved hearing the history of the Riverwalk!
