We were very impressed with our segway tour and our guide Robert. After our reservations were made, Robert was great in communicating with us when our tour time had to change. We were pleased with his thorough training making safety a high priority. The tour was really fun exploring the history of San Antonio. It was nice having a guide who was very knowledgeable and engaging. We really enjoyed seeing areas of the city we would never have seen on our own. A segway tour was recommended to us before we went and we are glad we did it. We would highly recommend everyone who visits San Antonio to take this segway tour! And if you get an excellent tour guide like Robert, you will truly enjoy your experience!!!

Terrible way to see the city Walking tour would have been better way to explore. The guide was not to our satisfaction and if you are not familiar with Segway, it is more difficult than what it is made out to look. Would never do this type of tour in any city.

I teach school and was so excited to have co-workers interested in taking the San Antonio Segway tour with me. We are on Spring-break March 7-11, 2022. I booked our tours for Tuesday March 8, 2022. On Friday, after my workday, I noticed a message from someone saying something about rescheduling a tour. I thought he was phishing. Then, again on Friday March 4, 2022, I received a message asking how the Segway tour was and to fill out an experience review. At this point I would either like the tour I booked for Tuesday March 8, 2022 at 10 A.M. or return my payment in full.

Customer booked incorrect day and is giving us a bad review because she made the mistake, not our business. We then tried to rebook her at no charge or fees, but with it being spring break week, so we were mostly sold out already. We were not at fault for the mishap. Customer booked the tour, our tour guide (who we had to still pay) showed up and the customer wasn't there. The tour guide first waited nearly an hour for the customer, and he even texted the customer and he didn't hear back for the entire day. We do not deserve a negative review, as this was the customer's fault.

Places to find good food!

I learned where all the inexpensive food places were. According to the guide good food! Thought more history would be included with the tour. I knew more from reading online and tours that were taken on a different day. And the tour said two hours but we were done before that time. The guide did take pictures for us. Overall I was disappointed with the lack of history given in this tour. The title did say Historic San Antonio. Would recommend that the guide be more informative about the city history and less about the best taco.

Robert was an excellent guide. He provided an interesting and informative narrative while we toured. The tour included points of interest around the perimeter of the Riverwalk area and included the Alamo, the Menger hotel, the Tower of the Americas, the La Villita, and other historic buildings and areas downtown. It took the full 2 hours and I recommend that you do it on your first day in San Antonio to get a good overview of the downtown area,

Our guide Joseph was great! He was kind, patient, funny and informative. I was somewhat apprehensive and chicken but he was patient and really took the time to show me and a few others how to use the and enjoy the Segways. He took us on a fun and interesting tour of the city. He was a wealth of information. We had a brief BR stop, time for a quick drink and allowed time for photos. Overall the trip was great for first time users as well as seasoned riders. He gave great recommendations and we really enjoyed our morning tour of San Antonio.
