    Tacos in Tijuana

    Shout out to our tour guide Victor for showing us all around Tijuana! We ate delicious tacos, tasted a bit of tequila, learned about different regions and the colorful Mexican culture. Victor was such a kind and gentlemanly guide. He made us feel right at home with his bright personality and warm smile. I can't wait to take another tour! I highly recommend!!

    Humberto, Was our tour guide. He is awesome he showed us around Tijuana, we had wonderful authentic food. We took pictures of staples in Tijuana and learn about some cultural things. What an experience to remember. Thank you , Humberto

    We had such a great time. The tacos were delicious. The drinks definitely quenched our thirst. Marisol, our guide was very knowledgeable about the area, the culture, and the history. Her enthusiasm and interpersonal skills made the day trip very enjoyable. The tequila tasting was great too. My husband and I ended up buying 4 different flavors of tequila. Anyone staying in a town near the border should definitely book this tour. You won’t regret it!

    Marisol was a great host and tour guide and the food was delicious! We had a great time once we were able to connect and determine the meet up point which was a bit confusing. I only gave it 4 stars because we signed up for and paid for a tour that was advertised as 7 hours. Ours ended in less than 3 hours. I guess when the guide asked if we were full, she was asking if we were done with the tour. So, though we enjoyed ourselves, we ended up disappointed by how short it was. My advice to others is to do the tour but ask in advance about the length and say something if it seems to be getting cut short.

    We had an awesome time with Border Tours as we went around trying many different types of foods&tacos in Tijuana! We had Martin and he was great especially since it was only my husband and I who were on the tour so Martin was really able yo tailor it to what we were wanting to do! I would definitely give the food, Martin and the overall experience a 5/5 stars! The reason I put 4 is because we didn’t know before the tour that we had to walk across the border ourselves and meet with our guide on the México side. This felt a bit daunting and unexpected so I would definitely recommend people check their emails before going and ensure you pay attention to the details in it as it was helpful for us!

    Tadeo was our tour guide and he made it super fun! We loved all the food and culture. This tour does meet on the mexico side of the border which I wish was communicated when booking though.

    We had a great time with our guide Humberto. Tijuana is a small area but our guide kept us engaged and made sure we experience everything the town offers. Birria tacos were to die for. We enjoyed the tour very much.

    I was not going to take a walking tour in that weather. Additionally we were to start on San Diego side. he changed to mexico side.

    We met Leia just over the Mexican side of the border for an expansive food tour of Tijuana. Not only did she expose us to all types of tasty food (I won't reveal her secret spots here!), she took the time to show us a bit of Tijuana itself. It was a perfect blend of culture, history, and food. She also had a very kind way about her and accommodated several different kinds of travelers, from the more adventurous to the more timid. What's more, the communication was great from sign-up to drop-off right at the border at the end. Thank you, Leia! Hope to see you again!

    so I wasn’t able to actually go and enjoy the food tour because the tour guide never did explain to me that we meet on the other side across the border nor did he tell me where we’re supposed to meet up, I called the tour guide several times and left a lot of messages. It was never able to meet up anywhere, so I just wasted my day and time standing in the four hour line waiting to come back across the border and I actually end up waiting for the tour guide for 11 o’clock.. The communication was horrible with the tour guides we kept getting disconnected. We could never find the meet up location, so it was just a big waste of time and I do not like the way it was handled.

    We had a GREAT Time! Tadeo was professional, knowledgeable and funny. He accommodated us for special requests we wanted to do and he delivered! Great spot choices and great food. Can’t wait to go back.

    We had a good time with Marisol as our guide. Totally recommend this experience. I do recommend you get the Sentri pass to cross border so you don’t have to wait in the general line.

    Our tour to Tijuana was amazing. We learned a lot, had some good food & drinks. Alex our guide made the trip interesting. He was very knowledgeable, outgoing & definitely had a good rapport with everyone he encountered. The tour was very fulfilling. Glad we went!
