Make your own way to Grape Street Pier with plenty of time to board your boat for your brunch cruise on San Diego Bay. The friendly staff welcomes you aboard and orients you to the deluxe boat's amenities, which includes climate-controlled cabins with large viewing windows as well as spacious decks where you can take in the sun and ocean breeze. As your captain sets out on the harbor, listen to the relaxing background music, providing the backdrop for your brunch cruise experience.

Sail by landmarks including the Coronado Bay Bridge, the North Island Naval station and Point Loma, where sea lions haul out on the rocks. Admire the beautifully restored Star of India, a historical full-rigged sailing ship built in 1863 that now houses the San Diego Maritime Museum. While sailing around the bay, while at your private table, enjoy a hearty plated brunch, which offers a range of savory and sweet dishes that is sure to please the whole family. Food was great. Boat wasn’t full. Food was hot. Get there 30 mins ahead of time. Board early. Took 10 mins and they opened the food. So we actually almost finished eating prior to leaving. Also they mimosas were truly bottomless. They kept the glass full.

This is a pricey cruise, but very enjoyable. There was one party on the cruise of about 17 people having a birthday party. It was fun seeing this party have bunches of fun, celebrating. The boat is very, very roomy. The staff gave out unlimited champagne. The food was great and plentiful. There was a good variety of things to eat. Cruising the San Diego bay is always fun and interesting.

Had such an great time on this Brunch Cruise around San Diego Harbor! The Hornblower is a beautiful boat with lots of window seating. The upstairs deck has games and even more seating to enjoy the weather and the sites, and they have staff around that are quick to refill your bottomless champagne if they see you are getting low! Really enjoyed our cruise!
