Dear Veronica, thanks a lot for your feedback! I am sorry to hear that but I should say that the driver wasn't late. When you book the tour, in a thankful letter it's clearly written that pick-up time from Fisherman's Wharf is between 8.45 and 9 am. The second thing is that there is also clearly said in the tour description that the entrance fee to Muir Woods is NOT included into the tour price. Talking about the microphone I am very sorry the driver didn't find out how to switch it on in a right way and we will definitely take this fact into account

Talking about misleading, sometimes we have to ask our customers to meet our vehicle somewhere closer to Downtown because there can be lots of reasons when the driver can run late, for example, traffic or someone is late too. Also, we try not to cross Market Street because there is a lot of traffic and the whole bus will be late if the driver goes there. And we always call our customers in the evening before the tour to explain these facts and ask to come somewhere closer. You are texting about the snacks and so on... I have never heard that the customers are not allowed to take something to eat with them into the van, it's very strange and I'm interested in who told you this. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed your time and we will take in account everything you texted us about.

The SF tour was average. The tour guide was informational but needs humor and interesting stories. Was told to meet at 1:45 for Muir Woods and then got a call at 1:20 from the driver saying that he would leave early at 1:20. He ended up picking us up at 1:30 close to the meeting point. We were allowed roughly 1.5 hour at Muir Woods. It would be nice To have more time at Muir Woods. Would skip the SF tour and do the Muir Woods again!

Our driver in the morning was excellent. Randy really knows the city and pointed out the features that would be of most interest to us. It felt very personalized. The second part of the tour was on the van with eleven other passengers. The van had very tight seating which was very uncomfortable with limited leg room. With being in tight quarters, the air conditioning was insufficient for the number of people in the vehicle and it was difficult to hear the driver. The driver was adequate and the destinations themselves were great.

I absolutely cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this tour! Due to Union Square being closed off, our pick up point had to be redirected to a different location. I had to admit my husband and I were slightly panic stricken but…our tour guide saved the day! He redirected us to a new pick up point and it was smooth sailing from there! Our guide, Kirill Sobolev, was most knowledgeable of the San Francisco sites. When they say it’s a private group…they mean it! There was 4 of us driven in a huge SUV. There no way we could have seen all the sites that we saw without this tour! Fisherman‘s Wharf, Pier 39, The Embarcadero, Nob Hill, Lombard Street, the Mission District, downtown, Chinatown, (and so much more) but we especially loved the stops at the Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito and Muir Wood National Park. We learned so much about San Francisco and it’s inhabitants and we are very very happy that we took this tour! As a matter of fact we later came across some other tourists and we gave them our tour guides phone number! Cannot say enough good things! Well worth the money! Four thumbs up from my husband and I… And if we had more thumbs we would raise them too!
