      Not worth the hassle

      I was denied access to a number of locations that claimed my voucher was invalid or I needed to show them 2 voucher even though my voucher said 2 people. Not happy at all and had no way of contacting someone to resolve the matter.

      Really enjoyed our trip to San Francisco. Used the Go Card to get around. It was really easy to go on and off them so we could explore the town. The buses were on time, drivers were helpful and always gave us good advice. Would recommend using the Go San Francisco Card to anybody.

      The only thing we received with this supposed Go San Francisco Card was a small piece of paper that stated we were able to use the Hop on Hop Off Big Bus tour. We never received any type of card when we went to get our bus voucher. Nothing was stated on the pass except that it was good for 48 hours. We never received any type of map or anything either. I would recommend just going to one of the tour bus places and buying direct from them since it is cheaper. The bus tour was good and informational but the extra money spent on this card was a complete waste of money.

      Purchased a 2 day card and on day one used card for the hop on/off bus to take us right round the city and then to go to places of particular interest. Day two went on wine tour to Sonoma/Napa which was great and arrived back just in time for a quick wander round Madame Tussaud's. If you book a wine tour separately it costs as much as the 2 day card, so great value. You're really getting all the other attractions for free!

      Was disappointed that we needed to go down to the embarkadero physically to pick up the voucher and not sent to the hotel. we arrived early at 9am and had to go down a little earlier than we wanted to the wharf area. other than that, was very good value, took one cruise, Cal academy and all the smaller museums ripleys and wax museum at the wharf area. next day we did the hop on hop off bus tour which rounded out a good trip
