What To Expect

Skip the stress of booking a taxi or finding a shuttle service when your San Francisco trip comes to an end. Just enter your details when you book, pay in advance and then show your voucher to your driver.

Travel in a spacious sedan for up to three passengers, or a SUV for up to five passengers. Nice touch: rides are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per SUV.

Additional Info

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per SUV
  • Service animals allowed
  • Most travelers can participate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

A Good Ride & Farewell to SFO

Excellent service and very prompt pick-up and professional. Just like my arrival ride into San Francisco, David/Dawit/Daniel ( forgot his name but not his smile and service) was very friendly and courteous. Will definitely use Carmel LIMOS again and check their other locations.

The driver was there early which was great but then told my daughter we owed another $60 after I had been dropped off for my flight. We were in 2 different terminals. She didn’t pay it but I wasn’t happy he asked for it. I had already paid $80 for the two of us.

We booked for an SFO pickup to a downtown hotel and a pier 27 pickup to SFO at the end of our cruise. On the first arrival at the airport you were nowhere to be found. I called the two provided numbers and got advertising for DirecTV and a company that said they were not associated with you. I used a number provided by the second company and did get a dispatcher who sent me an independent driver who after a 20 minute wait provided able transportation to the hotel. On the second booking I called the day ahead of time to avoid problems and was told that the pickup time was scheduled for the time the flight was scheduled to leave. I had earlier indicated an 11:00am pickup and the agent told me that 11:00 was not possible so I had a second failure from your company. I had used your company for a prior cruise and was highly satisfied but will not be calling on you in the future..

Left Me High & Dry in San Francisco

I need a refund because the Carmel Limo company left me high & dry at the Pier 35 Cruise port. I called to confirm from the ship the day before, no response. I called when we disembarked the ship & was told that they overbooked & didn't have any cars to pick my husband & I up with our luggage to take us to SFO for the flights home. Terrible company, terrible customer service. I read prior review, but I gave them a chance, but never again.

Reliable and worth it.

I needed a reliable source of transportation for a 6am flight out of SFO. Driver was right on time, professional and he drove safely. Worth every penny. Booking was relatively easy and the price was lower than a lot others that I found by $100. I would definitely book again and plan to for my next trip to the Bay.

Taxi didn’t arrive

We called the day before to confirm the booking as requested on the voucher. The operator seemed to have trouble understanding me and why I was calling but said that the booking was confirmed. I waited 15 minutes after the driver was due to arrive and then called the head office again, I waited on hold for another 10 minutes before giving up. The taxi never arrived and I had to get an Uber instead. Probably best to avoid.

Vehicle dirty and smelly

The driver was late but he did call to let me know. Also, his vehicle was VERY dirty inside and out. It smelled bad, and had empty water bottles laying all over the front dash. I wouldn’t want to be in this vehicle again. This was like a dirty taco!

Poor Service

Unlike our trip from the airport with this company, which was wonderful, getting back to the airport was terrible. We originally had a pick up time of 6:30am, but based on the trip from the airport, I called and changed it to 6:15am. The confirmation email and text that I received had the 6:15am pick up time on them. On the morning of our pickup, we were in the hotel lobby by 6:08am. When there was no car by 6:20, I called. The person I talked with called the driver then told me it would be 25 mins, by this time it was 6:25. I was not happy to say the least so the person I was talking to put me on hold again and then told me 7 mins. The driver did arrive in about 7 mins and he was able to get us to the airport a few mins after 7:00, I had wanted to be there by 7 so that wasn’t too bad. My first thought was that no one told the driver the new pick up time, but he was even late based on the original time. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was nice. Based on our trip from the airport, I would recommend this company, based on our trip back, no so sure.
