What To Expect

Enjoy a San Francisco catamaran tour during the peaceful evening hours on this sunset cruise, when the City by the Bay will dazzle you with its famous views and sights.

Board your 55- or 65-foot (17- or 20-meter) Adventure Cat on the Embarcadero, and take off across the water. Look for sea lions and other marine life as you head out into the bay, and settle yourself either inside the protected area with 360-degree views or on the canvas trampoline where you can truly experience the wind and salty air of the Pacific (bring layers!).

Take in the beauty as your captain takes you past the historical island prison of Alcatraz and on to the Golden Gate Bridge. Look up at the towering bridge as you sail underneath it, and admire the waterfront hamlet of Sausalito, just on the north side.

Your cruise ends when you return to the marina, from where you can continue your night out in San Francisco on your own.

Boat was nice and the captain and crew were great! Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate as it was one of the foggiest evenings ever. We couldn’t see the sunset and we barely even saw the bridge. Also it was freezing! My advice is check the weather before booking and dress in layers!

Although Alcatraz is in the Cruise description the main focus of this tour is definetly the Golden Gate Bridge before during and after the sunset. And honestly, that is exactly what I wanted so I am fully satisfied with the trip as there was more time getting pictures from the Bridge and the city and therefore not sailing around Alcatraz, which did not interest me that much. The crew was very nice and friendly and gave me a pleasant time. I would recommend this to anyone visiting SF

It was a typical chilly foggy September night but the crew was great. They had jackets and played fun music. We felt very safe on the bay and were able to see the bridge and get pictures despite the fog. They kept to their time of 1.5 hours too.

I was hesitant about this trip because it was so windy! When we got on board there were 2 crew and the captain, they 3 guys made the trip so pleasant it didn’t matter that it was windy, they took pictures for everybody they brought drinks for everybody, the captain and crew made this experience phenomenal!!! If you have the chance book this catamaran with theses guys they will give you memories.
