Every driver we had was amazing! Very informative on what things to do here. They were always on time and kept me informed on when they close by. Being picked up at the airport Iomar was waiting with a sign so I felt like a celebrity. I would definitely use them again.

Great service.Zack even came into the baggage claim to carry our luggage to the van. The van was clean with plenty of room for 4 with a LOT of luggage.

We were delighted to have a private transport to assist us as we debarked from our cruise vacation in San Juan. Our driver, Jose, was excellent. He communicated well with us for the timing of our pick up from the cruise port, and was able to quickly get us on our way to our next destination for our vacation. Eunice, the office manager, was delightful as well, checking in to confirm details about our pick up/drop off and timing. The communication from the whole team was on point. I absolutely LOVED that we didn't have to wait in the line for a ride share, or haggle with any of the taxi drivers (not that there is anything wrong with either of those options) but the peace of mind that having a transport already arranged during such a chaotic environment was priceless. I would highly recommend this service and will be using them again when we visit the island next.

Booked transportation as a family of 5 to ensure we could all travel together and not worry about a taxi. Received a nice text the day of travel with the name of driver and his phone number. Arrived a little early so texted the driver when we were at baggage claim. I guess the driver went to the hotel because he thought the pick up was there. I double checked the confirmation and it said pick up at airport. The driver didn’t know where we were. We were at the arrivals section and he kept telling us to walk across the street and the street was a highway. I tracked someone down that worked at the airport and they directed him to us. He asked us 3 times where we were going while on the way to the airport. When we arrived, we still tipped him because he provided a service only for him to tell us that we needed to pay him more. I should him the reservation and that we paid in advanced and he said that a friend sent him the info to do the pick up. Was totaling confusing and wish I would have just taken a taxi as we saw at least 10 taxi vans pass us while waiting.

Our driver and luxurious van (new!) were excellent. Our driver let us know via text when he was arriving. Showed up exactly on time and drove us to the airport in a very safe yet timely manner. I recommend this car service to all. AND it was half the price of other services I had considered.

Best driver ever! Called to let us know he was on the way. Once I took my phone off airplane mode when we arrived he was already at the airport waiting on us. Gave us directions to where he was and when we couldn’t figure out where we were he even came in and got us. He gave us great suggestions on places to eat and party. Got us to our location on time and made us feel comfortable and at home with great conversation. I would recommend to his service to anyone. Took away the stress of how much a Uber would cost and would there be a driver available. He also was not a crazy driver, we felt safe.
