What To Expect

Experience a true tropical paradise on this high-speed catamaran adventure to one of the most secluded and unspoiled spots in the Caribbean. This Culebra tour is the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation, good food and drinks, and a laid-back afternoon sunbathing and swimming on some of the world’s most pristine beaches.

Start your day trip with optional pickup from select hotels in San Juan, and head for your catamaran cruise leaving from Puerto del Rey ferry terminal in Fajardo. Soak up the sun on the short ride on your speedy vessel, refreshments already in hand, and take in the amazing views of the nearby Cordillera Islands Nature Reserve along the way.

The first stop of the day takes you to the pristine Carlos Rosario or Luis Peña underwater nature reserve, just off the western shore of Culebra, for fantastic snorkeling among the area’s beautiful aquatic environment.

Once you’ve worked up an appetite, enjoy a delicious buffet spread including tropical cocktails, soda, juice, iced tea, fresh fruit, gourmet pasta salad, coleslaw or bean salad, freshly baked bread, sliced meats (turkey, ham, pastrami or salami), seafood or chicken salad, sliced cheese, chips, and cookies.

From there, take a short sail to one of Culebra’s unspoiled beaches for an afternoon of sunbathing, swimming, and beach combing. Depending on weather conditions, your captain will take you to one of two choices: the stunning Flamenco Beach, situated on Culebra’s main island, or the half-mile-long beach at Culebrita, a small islet that offers beautiful views of nearby Saint Thomas.

Finish your day with a return cruise to Fajardo, arriving back at the marina to make your own way home or via optional hotel transport.

I hope the company is paying its employees properly and not having them rely on tips for their work. Tho we make a conscious effort to tip generously, they need to be paid a fair wage given how expensive the tour is. Another comment is we wished we were on a bigger catamaran. The waves were rough going to the island.

What a great day. The crew was excellent! The food and drinks served was delicious. We stopped at two points, first stop was for snorkeling and lunch and the second was to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better day.

Great experience at culebra. One of the best beaches in the world. The water is so clear and calm. The catamaran crew was amazing and fun. It was a great day of just relaxing on a beautiful beach while drinking and snorkeling. I would definitely do this again. Definitely worth it.

Fantastic day once we got settled to Culebra. The first stop was too rough so we went to Flamenco Beach and it's breathtaking! The water, the ease of the snorkeling, freedom to do your own thing (but crew to help assist) the delicious plentiful lunch, variety of drinks and amazing beach. Even with the barracuda sighting The ride there you will be assigned seats inside the air conditioned cabin. Ask nicely and you may be able to sit outside. Crew were super nice and captain was great! Make sure you bring plenty of sunscreen and enjoy the relaxing day!

Awesome experience! The crew was excellent, very attentive, helpful, professional and safety oriented. Drinks free flowing and lunch was delicious. Everyone on the boat was friendly and fun. There was ample seating inside for everyone which was a nice break from the sun. Flamenco Beach was stunning and seeing the old army tanks was a cool addition. Snorkeling outstanding. Ample time to enjoy both stops. Highly recommend this trip, absolutely will do it again!

It was my fiancés first time in Puerto Rico, let alone in Culebra! We had an amazing time and felt like we were being catered to on the boat, which made the experience special. One of the bartenders even packed a gallon sized zip-loc baggie with a few beers for us to take onto shore during our beach day. From start to finish, the experience and the staff was amazing. I would definitely do it again!

Had a great time on the boat. The crew was very friendly and the procedures seemed very safety-minded. They were constantly checking to make sure everyone was okay, if anyone needed anything, and counting heads. I felt confident relying on their expertise! My one complaint is I wish they didn’t allow people to leave their stuff on the back bench of the boat. There was no room to sit while everyone was in the water or up top, because people just left their shoes on the long bench of the main deck. It would’ve been nice to be able to sit there as up top was busy and obviously sunny, so the only real options were in the water or seated inside the boat. Also keep in mind when you’re booking that it is LOUD. If you’re looking for a party boat, this is for you. Overall, I would do it again or take advantage of the business’s other offerings.

Great experience! Service was good and we all had a great time. The itinerary was organized and we were able to go to Culebra since the weather was nice. There's decent lunch and drinks. I do recommend to bring some anti-nausea medications since few got seasick. Overall, would do it again and recommend it to all ages who are physically fit to swim and snorkel. Also, bring cash for tips, the crew deserves it.

It was a very beautiful beach. Definitely recommend visiting playa flamenco in culebra. White sand and crystal blue water. It's ranked 5th best beach in the world. It was ranked 2nd best at one time.

Friendly staff from East Island Excursions, open bar with lunch and snacks provided including cold cut sandwiches, salads and fresh fruits. The weather and the island were beautiful, saw a sea Turtle and some small sharks while snorkeling , would definitely go again
