Hiking shoes or tennis with good grip is required (closed toe), water shoes are also recommended to bring along.
You must have a good breakfast before departing on this tour
This is a moderate to strenuous activity, that may not be suitable for everyone. Please ensure you read and understand all this activity entails.
Wear swimsuit underneath, bring a towel and a change of clothes.
At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship
Minimum age is 7 years to participate
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
Service animals allowed

Due to safety reasons participants must be able to understand English or Spanish. Legally blind or deaf persons are not able to participate due to the same. A Private tour would be the most appropriate option on these cases.
Once you begin the tour, you must finish it all the way up to the second stop and return back with the group.
On Saturdays the hike is longer and more challenging since we depart from a different point.
Bus will wait only 5 minutes after your assigned pick up time. No refunds will be issued if you miss your pick up.
Estimated tour duration of 8 hours includes: 3.5 hours at the forest, 1.5 hr driving each way and lunch time.
Please travel light and only bring the necessary to the tour, there are no locker facilities. Leave behind electronic devices, any important documentation like passport, large sums of cash or credit cards. Cell phones require waterproof case.
Bespoke LM Reserves the Right of Admission - If a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, not following instructions, being disruptive or not dressed appropriately (due safety) the Guide has the right to Cancel their reservation at any moment, and No Refunds will be issued due to this.
Published starting time is only an estimate. Exact pick up time will be provided the DAY PRIOR to your tour.
Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
Persons with the previously listed health restrictions cannot participate on the tour. No refunds will be authorized if a person neglects to read complete description and does not meet the safety requirements and limitations on the day of the tour.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Muddy adventure with my boys 15 and 20

Our hides really helped us stay safe. Listen to their advice. There are many slippery areas on trail and in water. Wear good shoes. At 52 yo I felt nervous but it’s all doable. A fantastic adventure !!!

This was a great experience/day trip in Puerto Rico. It was so helpful that the tour picked us up from our hotel and took care of everything from water to photography. The guides were friendly, helpful and made sure we were safe. The hike itself was a just right challenge for us ( mom and two kids- 13 and 17)including hiking, rock climbing and water activities. The rainforest was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed.

I’d call this one just okay. 90 minutes in a van each way, a 20 minute hike thru the jungle on an extremely muddy trail then three water activities that you can do in less than an hour (you can do them as many times as you want though). It was good to get off the ship and do something but we wouldn’t do it again.

My problem with Viator who sold us this tour in spite of knowing that we are senior citizens. We had to quit after a short distance as the terrain is too difficult for older people. Our experience with Bespoke was ok- no complaints re transport, tour guide etc.would certainly rec Bespoke tours to friends.

Julian was great and very informative. Very well organised - although the 7:30am trip didn’t start at 7:30 it started at 9:10 which was fine for us but not sure how this would impact other plans you had in the day :) with this being said they got us back at 6pm. As avid hikers this was more of a walk than a hike and was not difficult at all! Would recommend and the river is cold which is great when travelling in August where the temp is extremely high!

This trip was amazing! Our tour guide Felix and his crew were fantastic and welcoming. They always kept us entertained and provided knowledge of the island and the rainforest. What an amazing experience in the forest! To begin with the communication was on point, they were very punctual and they gave instructions before we went into the actual hike/water activities. Felix and his coworker were just amazing. They were so courteous and recommended a couple spots as well for lunch on the way back. Overall the hike was moderate, wouldn’t recommend if you are not athletic. We went with someone who didn’t know how to swim and even she had a blast because she was safe. They had a lifeguard with them to make sure she felt comfortable. Just amazing! Will be coming back next time I visit.
