Gonzo was a great tour guide, very informative on past and present topics of Puerto Rico. We had such a great time and explored several places. My daughter and I learned and saw quite a few areas/topics. Would highly recommend this tour!

The tour and guide were great. We got to see many interesting places around the island and learned much about the history and culture of the people who live here. The tour even took us to the rainforest where we learned much about the ecosystem of the island. It was a very good teaching experience for my teenage son.

Got to see many different sights and try some great local food. Our tour guide, Isaac, was great! Can't see everything on this tour but it's a great start. We experienced things we never would have if we tried to do it on our own.

Let me start by saying our tour guide Hector was awesome. He was so knowledgeable about his city. He was fun, funny and kind. The transpiration was exceptional and clean. We were told we would be picked up at our hotel and received an email the night before changing the pick up location. I was thankful we even opened our email, otherwise we would have been waiting in the "wrong" location to be picked up. The stops were somewhat underwhelming IMHO. Overall it was a nice day and we learned so much from Hector.

As I replied to your wife, Ms Helen Hanassi, it's despicable to go to a restaurant, order a steak, eat it completely to where you lick the plate, and say you're not going to pay for it because you didn't like it. Ms Helen Hassani chose not to get off, because it was raining. So I'm sorry that you couldn't get away with fraudulent conduct this time around Clearly, the solid 5 star review from travellers difer from you. A great way to see many highlights of Puerto Rico with a knowledgeable guide. Hector was nice and very informative, with a great sense of humor. Great communication from Ali prior to the excursion. Highly recommend! As an aside, part of this tour takes place in the rainforest. Remember that the guides cannot control the weather—if it rains and they take precautions for your safety be understanding!
