The ship ride. The ride was nice however this was not much history regarding the island. Because we were moved , we could not hear much of what was being said. We were basically ignored by the person describing the tour. He was also rude to my friend and completely ignored us on the way off the boat.

We booked this trip through Vaitor. Day of trip we had car issue, we called 2hrs before to rebook to next day. East Island excursion charged me $25/person for change. Next day when we arrived for boat ride, they were letting other people change without any penalty. We thought it’s a rip off. When I called East Island, they clearly said they are not aware of it and refused to refund.

Wonderful cruise with the crew of the Amazing Grace. They were friendly, entertaining and professional. Beautiful views from the bay and history to go along with it. Drinks were tasty and plentiful. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend. Side note, our confirmation phone call asked us to arrive 45 minutes early. Totally unnecessary. Get there 15 minutes and you’ll be fine. Don’t waste your vacation minutes getting there any sooner.

We missed this tour completely! The directions provided to us in our confirmation email were totally wrong and took us in the opposite direction from the meeting place. We engaged the help of locals as well as two police officers to help us find the correct place but by then it was too late. Not our fault but both the tour company and Viator refuse to refund our money. #Not a happy customer after

Thanks for your feedback but it looks like you are confusing our tour with another supplier. Our excursions for this day sail are at 2:30 pm and we don't include any food, just beverages. We offer offer an 1.5hr sail at the Old San Juan Bay and breakfast is not part of our inclusions. If you have any questions feel free to contact us and we will claryfy and doubts.
