Great tour to get a taste of San Juan!

This was a great mini tour of San Juan. Our driver was Frankie and he was fantastic. Gave us local insights, shared experiences and took us to some great places along the way. My only complaint is that I wish I had booked a longer tour since there is so much more to see! We will definitely be coming back and will for sure be looking into some of the other options that this group has. The vehicle was clean and the AC was cold and overall, we had a great time. Definitely recommend checking out this tour for a short highlight reel of the town or look into a longer one if you have time. We were on a cruise so we had to watch our time, next time we will fly in and stay for a few days!

Our driver Francisco was just fantastic. He was so knowledgable of the City and also the history of San Juan. Good safe driver also.!!!! Everyone in our group love the trip. Even stopped for a little bit at a local food stand. Enjoyed it a lot!!!

When you book a tour you expect to have a tour guide that is very full of life and is optimistic, good with conversation and versatile. Our tour guide did very little of that. Maybe he was sad- His narrative of Puerto Rico was depressing. He drove through the sights but didn't call attention to stopping and getting out the van. We didn't see the real beauty of Puerto Rico... The tour was lackluster. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book this company. Maybe the hotel had a better option.

Felix was amazing!! For a first time trip to San Juan, PR, Felix was awesome at showing and delivering an amazing tour of Old San Juan, Conado, and many more places. We learned so much about the history of the island, lifestyle, good eats, celebrations and how life is in PR for day to day citizens! Felix stopped everywhere we wanted to stop and took photos for us. Would for sure do this tour again! AMAZING!!!!!!

Great way to spend a morning!

This is a very good way to spend a morning getting a great overview of San Juan. We chose not to do any walking but drove through each part of the city and surrounding area, getting a thorough verbal and visual history. Our guide/driver, Francisco was superb in both roles.

Flex did a great job of showing us the city and beaches. It was nice to be in an air conditioned van seeing everything instead of out with Al of the many, many people. Although we didn’t get out and go in some of the sites, we saw more of the city and surrounding areas including a couple of beaches. I would recommend this trip.

We really enjoyed the history and story of Old San Juan. The tour guide was great and accommodating. However, the pick up was confusing. Our hotel was listed as an option for pickup on the first page but not listed during the reservation stage. I reached out as instructed, indicating I was willing to pay an extra fee. Company didn’t receive my email and we had to scramble for last minute transportation to a meet up location.

A rocking tour of San Juan

Felix was a fabulous tour guide. So outgoing, knowledgeable, deservedly proud of his city. We were charmed when he stopped to get us and himself a sweet frozen coconut treat from a street vendor. We also thought it really nice when he pulled up beside a hot-looking policeman and handed him a cold water from his ice chest. Midway through the tour my husband, a former professional trumpet player, and Felix discovered a shared passion for salsa music and my husband pulled up a YouTube performance he had done with a Latin band in NYC—well, then the car was rocking as the two of them sang along and compared fan notes on other Latin musicians. So much fun, and we came away feeling we’d made a friend.

Awesome private tour with transfer to SJU

Frankie was an awesome guide, passionate and knowledgeable about San Juan. We were able to choose which sites to see and arrange for 10am cruise port pickup and drop off at airport. We were a group of 7 and needed to change the normal tour to a differ tour time and transfer to airport. Genetic email was received without the necessary changes so we sent an email to the company and Christine promptly replied to assure us the vechile would comfortably hold 7 with luggage and confirmed pick up time. We were very happy with our private tour and would use them again. Thank you Frankie for sharing your knowledge and ending our vacation on a high note.

Fabulous tour of San Juan

Francisco was excellent. Excellent driver and a history buff, so he shared a lot of history throughout the tour. Very, very knowledgeable and took us to the major sites, and also through a lot of different neighbors lot give us a great overview of the city. Also he has a great sense of humor! Delightful experience. He may be a bit late picking you up because the traffic can be terrible, but he is well worth the wait.

Save your time and $$$, I do not Recommend this “tour” to anyone. We didn’t even receive the bottled water and nothing occurred as it was advertised

Expensive drive around

It was more of a drive around than guided tour. Our expectation was to learn about the history of PR and SJ. The driver was on time and very polite, but not much into guiding. He answered our questions. It said the water is included but there was no water. In general it was ok to see few spots but almost feels like uber driver could do the same for less. The stop at isla verde was unnecessary for us, we were not into the food offered and there was an expensive souvenir shop with all items from china but at least we got some water. I would not recommend especially for families with kids.

Tour guide was fantastic providing great info on the area. We arrived at the port earlier, and when I called, they sent the tour guide on about 40 minutes earlier than originally scheduled. He stopped at some locations to go into more detail, allow for pictures and bathroom breaks. 🙂 He got us to the airport for our flight at the perfect time and adjusted the tour based on our flight time. He had water for us to drink while we were on the tour as we needed it. The vehicle was very nice and comfortable for the tour.

Our driver was very knowledgeable and so very nice. We learned a lot in two hours. They were able to accommodate my husband’s scooter so that he was able to see so many beautiful and interesting sites in San Juan.
