We had a great time during our tour. Our driver/guide Ruben was very informative and funny which added to the overall experience. With a little courage, the natural springs were fun to slide down and swim in. Zip lining was great as well. There was time for us to stop at a few kiosks to eat, pick up souvenirs, and drink near a beachfront before we were dropped back off at our hotel. Highly recommend this excursion!

It really felt more like a transportation than a tour. There was no walk-through, communication. Pick up was very late

The zip line was the best part of the tour. The rest of the activities were not really a tour. They just dropped us off and give us a time. Pick up was very late hence everything was rushed.

Refreshing falls

As a black female traveler my experiences range by subject. I’m regards to the sights and the weather, I’d say that the unpredictable weather in all regions of planet earth has become a norm. Tropical Climates tend to rain spiratically now more than ever. That is expected. The sights were gorgeous. We climbed rocks in the forest as water slides and waterfalls became such an exciting destination. My children are 14, 9 and 7 and all plus my husband complained until we got to the r refreshing river and photesque falls. They should know me by now. I am a advocate for adventure and memories as long as they are safe. The treatment varied in PR. We are a mixed race family, but felt comfy with the little Spanish we knew. I’d recommend the tour…

Had an amazing time! Our tour guide was fantastic. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He walked us through the rainforest and helped us slide down the slides safely. Fun was had by all from teenagers to adults. The ziplining was a blast!

It was pouring rain for our scheduled and it made the rainforest even more awesome. Such a blast going down the "rock slides," jumping from rocks & swimming around. And clean water! Our guide, Ruben, was so knowledgeable and fun. Because of the thunder, we had the option to get a reduns for our zipline or move it to another day. I'm so glad we did it another day. There were 8 ziplines...one of them a 1/2 mile long, with views of the ocean & rainforest. And bonus? They pick up at your hotel!!

Zip lining was great- the staff at the park were excellent and was sorry didn’t have the opportunity to tip as my belongings were locked away in van. Weather was a washout- definitely recommend checking that. Our guide was quite nonchalant and tbh I would use Uber instead if was doing it again to have more freedom. The waterfalls were rushed and he didn’t clarify what to bring when leaving the van. Heads up- be wearing your swimsuit already. Many luquillo kiosks aren’t open at the beginning of the week. Also zero communication in advance. didn’t know if it was going ahead and the info about pick up was contradictory

We had a great time on the tour! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and professional. We started with the natural slide, then ziplined next. The slide was a good time but I felt it was for more intermediate swimmers then beginners FYI. Either way watching others from the water was fun lol. Good shoes are a must. Try keens as they can get wet as well. Anything w grip. The rainforest was beautiful and easy to walk/hike. Loved the ziplining experience. It got progressively harder. The views were spectacular! Lucillio Beach was yummy. We mostly ate and shopped. Alot of activities squeezed into a great day!

Booked on 4/6/23. That morning they called said, they couldn't do it do to "mud slide" ?!. Rescheduled for following day and they never showed up, even though I called that morning and confirmed. Have not returned calls or money!

It was a wonderful experience. Deven was our tour guide and was helpful with food recommendations at Luquillo Beach. I wish we had more time at the beach as we only had about 1.5 hours at the beach. There was a small hike to the waterfall slide at El Junque. I thought we would do more hiking, but it was a lot of fun. The slide was exhilarating and the views were beautiful. The zip line was great as well. It was exactly what we were looking for on this first trip to Puerto Rico.

We were picked up around 11, the shocks on the van were shot. Driver was nice, and had alot to share about the island and history. The forest was cool, it is a little dangerous going down the natural slide, I can see someone getting wrecked on it but if you are adventurous I think you expect some mishaps. You can use the bathroom for $1, fair enough. Luquillio beach was nice , for $30 you can get a chair and umbrella and chill at the beach with your beverages. During the week many places were not open but after you've been in one or two they've got the same stuff. The food was good there. When we arrived at the ziplining which was the highlight of the day for me, we were told they couldn't accomodate us as they had a private tour bus. We told them we scheduled a private tour. We asked if they'de let us join and were told no it was a corporate function. I don't know what happened but essentially we were told come back the next day which we already had plans for. The driver had already left us there so the owner sent his son to pick us up. The son was nice, stopped at a store for us but I didn't like he vaped in the car with us but it was a private car at this point. We tipped our driver and guide as this was not their fault. I don't know if the ziplining company screwed our tour guide because it was a bigger group or what either way, something special for us didn't happen. The owner promised us a full refund that of course never came through. He sent me to viator to resolve. Viator told me they could only refund me 50% of the tour. I told him, I have in writing from the owner a full refund. The guy at viator told me it needs to come from the owner. At this point, I 'll resolve through the credit card. But be ware these cancellations can happen and if you don't follow up, you won't be compensated. Overall the first 2 activities were decent but not worth going through this company. You can do it on your own way cheaper.

Transportation was late which made our day rushed not enough time at beach. Zip lining first would have been better instead of at end of day. Tour encourages drinking which is not ideal for families with kids.

The Yunque rain forest...

The Yunque rain forest was beautiful. Kind of a canned tourist experience, we had originally booked a true rainforest hike, but it was canceled due to low reservations. We managed to reschedule this tour which was the Yunque rain forest, Luquillo Beach and Ziplinng. Luquillio is a beautiful beach, but very touristy, lots of questionable looking food stalls and bars, a party beach. The zipplining was awesome, 8 progressively higher lines, the last two truly a blast.

We enjoyed the small hike to the water slide. The next decent to the lower pool was very wet and more challenging than we had an anticipated. The zip lining was fantastic. Jose was a fantastic guide.
