Our meeting point is at the gazebo shown in the photos. We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class starting to check in and getting settled before starting promptly at 4:30pm. Free street parking all around but can be crowded.

What To Expect

Make your way to the Condado area of San Juan for your 1-hour salsa dancing class. Meet your guide, an international dance teacher originally from Holland, who is experienced in teaching both beginners and more skilled students. No experience is necessary, the instructor will tailor the dance lessons to each individual's needs.

Get out on the floor with your instructor and fellow students to learn what is commonly called 'LA-style' Salsa, which often features showy, flashy, and includes big moves and tricks. The timing of this style is a bit easier to pickup than other styles, and is well-suited to beginners.

Feel free to stick around after the 1-hour class to eat dinner or grab drinks at the restaurant on site. The restaurant features works by local artist Sahid Perez and sometimes plays live music.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Worth the fee

The venue where it was held was at a park - which is not what the event description said. It was very warm and the sun was setting in our faces. If you did not bring something to drink, you were in trouble. The dancing was fun and easy to learn, but I did not care for the couples dancing- we needed more basic step time. We were sent a waiver to sign that was over the top in info needed and it was only available via your phone, not a paper copy and it was difficult to see and manipulate. The instructor had great moves and was pleasant.

It could be that you booked the class in the transition of updating the listings and you were shown a different address... if that was the case we apologize for the inconvenience it may had caused you. In the confirmation email you received there are clear instruction on what to bring including water, comfortable shoes and clothe. No good!

I received an email that the tour was canceled. The guy I spoke with on viator tried to tell me that I canceled when I didn't. I sent a screen shot of the email showing where they sent me it was canceled to Ingrid and Ingrid told me to contact the booking website and I did, still hadn't received a refund. Now I received an email showing that I completed the tour which I did not, I only completed the waivers the day of after I spoke with viator and the guy told me to go ahead and complete the waiver, head on over, and call Ingrid. Ingrid said to reschedule. I informed her we couldn't due to prior arrangements so I requested a refund due to no fault of my own.

Valuable guest, We apologize for any inconvenience and misunderstanding in regards to this mater. We always try our best to accommodate our guest the best we possible in a timely manner. Guest called on her way to the experience and stated that she had just received an email with the class being canceled. We answered stating that we weren't aware of a cancelation email been sent, and that the class was not canceled and that is was programed as scheduled. Guest arrived at location where the class was taking place, filled out the waivers and spoke to the teacher. Not sure why guest decided not to join the class. Guest requested a refund which in order to accept we asked for a proof of the cancelation email which was not received resulting in the rejection of the refund due to lack of proof. Thank you,
