Pickup details

We pick up from all the hotels in San Juan and Airb&b’s. We will provide the nearest pick-up locations since some of the locations listed here, the tour bus, won't stop for a pick-up. Buses stop at specific hotels depending on the area. For people staying in the Old San Juan area, the pick-up location is Plaza Colon. Keep in mind pick-up times are approximate. Tour buses start doing the pick-up at 10:00 am; depending on your location, it will be later. The driver will be calling you by your name have your ID ready to aboard the bus. As right now is high season traffic in the mornings is very busy, be patient and enjoy a coffee while you wait!

A proper safety briefing will be given to participate in the water slide activity. It is imperative all guests cooperate and follow all given instructions to avoid injury or a dangerous situation. Please note this is a rainforest with a very rocky terrain. This is an extreme adventure.

Maximum weight to participate in the waterslide is 240lbs. All other participants may complete the activity at their own risk.

Enjoyed this excursion. However, would have preferred a little less time in the rainforest and more time at the beach. Two hours is simply not enough time to enjoy the kiosks and relax on the beach. Otherwise it was a great time!

BAD TOUR GUY!

The tour guy was 23 years old. He lead the group and did not take his time. At one point people did not know where to go. My husband has a bladder issue and the tour guy was annoyed because he asked him to stop on our way back to use the bathroom. He cursed at my husband! Lovely view of the rain forest but this company needs more mature people who can take their time because the hike has a bunch of large and slippery rocks!!!
