Starter

2 Classic pintxos and a portion of fried green peppers with jamon de bellota

I like to use local, fresh and seasonal produce. So in each season of the year the menu varies.

Main

Cabbage with red beans and chillies and chorizo, black pudding and bacon

We put all the food on the table and everyone goes eating as they please. This is my favorite local food and the most classic of the Basque Country.

Dessert

Curd with nuts and honey

The curd will be made with raw milk from local sheep and we will use honey and nuts also local and natural.

San Sebastien amazing cooking experience.

julen our chef was amazing. He took us around for breakfast and to the stores to shop for our ingredients. We made a pork and chirizo dish, and a variety of pinchos which were fabulous. We went outside for ice cream and pastries. he took us around san sebastien and we found a secret bar in the this high slope which was fun. He is a great chef and we drank lots of wine. Highly recommendable.
