Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
Please bring an extra layer as the weather at the coast can be a bit cooler/breezier than elsewhere in the county. Sandals or water shoes are a good idea for the kayaking portion. Please bring good shoes for a light hike and clothes you don't mind getting wet while out at the beach. A change of clothes for after kayaking is also recommended. Any extra clothes can be left in the van so it's best to bring more just in case.
