Due to high winds and rain the show was canceled not once but twice during our stay in Santorini.. I hope perhaps that the show can be streamlined in the future allowing potential customers to have an idea of what could have been experienced

Furthermore, our Reservation Department worked tirelessly to accommodate bookings and ensure efficient and prompt assistance for every single guest. It is truly disheartening to receive a 2-star review from an individual who not only received assistance and a refund but also did not have the opportunity to witness the performance and accurately evaluate it as a 2-star experience. Fun, off the beaten path activity, very interactive and easy to “get into” the wedding/family vibe. Actors and singing and dancing were fun. Only negative was the food, not an actual meal, and cold.

Entertaining but non-inclusive to LGBTQ+ couples

The case and crew brought great energy and they were talented and entertaining but, as a queer couple celebrating our honeymoon, we felt the show was non-inclusive of same sex couples (ie. my wife and I weren’t exactly encouraged to dance together as cast kept mention men and women dance together, women weren’t welcomed to dance a specific dance and when some did, it was wasn’t welcome by cast and were expected to watch etc). We understood the show was based around traditional Greek culture in the 1940s; however, references to Shania Twain and Beyoncé were mentioned. We couldn’t help but think why couldn’t more gender and queer accepting content be demonstrated during the show. It was fun but we walked away feeling as though we couldn’t relax/enjoy and embrace our honeymoon. I’m writing this as a heads up to queer couples who may be sensitive to this sort of experience.

We always take our customers' comments very seriously to improve our product, but in this case, we cannot find anything constructive in your opinion. Moreover, we find it offensive, and we are even stunned. As an active member of the LGBTQ+ community (I suppose that if a straight person answered your comment, you would find it offensive and not inclusive...) I feel fully entitled to respond to you and to advise you that commentaries like this are a shame for our movement and a step backward in our rights. Criticizing the only LGTBQ+ friendly and inclusive venue on the island in this way is very petty and lamentable. We celebrated in our venue gay & lesbian weddings, proposals, and anniversaries with the complicity of the entire team. Despite the adversities, we are the only place where the rainbow flag flies in our concept store (by the way, did you buy in our shop to support the movement?). Feeling offended by every step one takes in life only leads to bitterness. We hope, from the bottom of our hearts, that you learn how to deal with the unhappiness and continuous anger showed by your critique.

Wonderful event. They get you up and dancing. It’s fun and like attending an interactive musical. You do have to walk through busy crowded town to get to the shown and parking is difficult prior but overall a great experience once we got to the show.
