Tour was canceled

We were notified one day in advance that the tour was canceled and was offered a lower cost trolley tour instead. We were supposed to receive a refund for the difference. Over a week has passed since our credit card was charged but no credit yet.

Great way to get an overview of Savannah and her history

Pickup at our hotel started ninety minutes of Savannah and her history. Having the open roof was truly a plus. Our operator was quite knowledgable. There are lots of choices for tours and we are happy we chose this one. A real plus is having free shuttle service between stops until 5 pm!

The guide was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and upbeat. The weather was perfect and we learned a lot about Savannah’s troubled history. If we retain only 20% of all the important information shared with us during the excursion, we will consider ourselves lucky. We highly recommend the tour to anybody! Savannah has that beautiful Southern charm with all its parks, wonderful houses and endless food options. The tour guide will make you feel as if you are a part of the city!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided interesting details. The windows were in place, we didn't get open air. We couldn't see well through the windows with or without the sprinkle-rain. Would've preferred to cancel or choose another date/time. Also had trouble confirming that the tour was going out - would be helpful to specify in description what happens if weather is wet or hot.

So much fun. Our guide was so knowledgeable and funny! Without a tour guide we would have wandered aimlessly without historical context. Definitely recommend if under 70 degrees. It was 80s for us and sun was HOT! We had a family of 9 (2,7,11 years old) and mom (80), and rest of us adults. It breeze was nice. So thrilled we did it!

Great tour! The open coach was very comfortable and great for viewing. Our guide was fantastic! Probably the best and most informative city tour we’ve taken. Lots of information, lots of recommendations, and no corny jokes. The shuttle service for the rest of the day. It was a very welcome touch. The shuttle drivers were also very nice and informative. STEFANI was a wonderful guide and we enjoyed being in a smaller group. The audio system was very good and clear so easy to understand. The open top was nice for viewing without obstructions, but be sure to wear your Sunscreen or a hat.

We chose the noon tour and were picked up steps from our hotel entrance--no waiting tim ; we were punctual, and so was she. Our guide, Sephanie, was excellent. She as knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke clearly. She also asked if we ad special requests or questions and accommodated everyone on their drop-off locations. The open-top vehicle was enjoyable because the weather is perfect right now! This price includes all the t rist shuttles which you can board all over the historic district which is very convenient! The high-back seats block vision and are hard to see around, though, and we would have enjoyed going a little slower for better photo ops. Remember to take sunglasses and a hat--you're in a convertible! This tour get high marks all around for convenience and value, as well as an expert guide who sounds as if she enjoys her job and loves her town. Gratuity is deserved and appropriate! A walking tour is next for us for a little different perspective. Enjoy Savannah--it's a special town.
