We meet inside Bonaventure Cemetery Tours Gift Shop. The tour gathers at our location, not at the cemetery entrance. Please arrive 15 minutes early to meet your guide, who'll be wearing a 6th Sense World badge. Parking and private restrooms are available, and service animals only.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

I am so upset I can not remember our guide’s name, he was an old school teacher, and knew one of the people from Savannah’s most famous story! Our guide was so smart, so knowledgeable, and one of the kindest men I have ever met! He knew every story, cold and kept it very interesting. I would have paid for 2 more tours to travel the cemetery with him. Absolutely recommend him- I’m going to call and ask his name today.

Very informative tour. Our guide (Richard) gave a lot of information about burials, the symbolism of graves and Southern rituals, and highlighted some of the most famous graves were pointed out and explained. We leaned a lot and had a much better perspective of the area after taking his tour

The cemetery is incredibly beautiful and our tour guide Richard brought the history of Savannah alive as he told the stories behind some of the most influential people that lived here. He did a wonderful job explaining all of the symbolism of the headstone carvings. I know I will definitely look at those carvings differently from now on.
