Nick was great! He talked slow was entertaining and dealt well with distractions that are clearly unavoidable by dumb people outside of the group in the world… he really knew his stuff and made sure everyone could hear at all time.. the group was really big 30 or so but I dont think anyone felt left out. A+++

We were the only 2 on this tour which made it even spookier. I can’t remember our guide’s name but he has the long beard and he was fantastic! His story telling mixed with personal experiences sent chills up my spine. Literally got goosebumps at every stop. Highly recommend doing this late tour. The town is much quieter and eerie late at night.

I went on this same tour a year ago and it was much more based on history facts. This tour was explained let's say in stories of gore. Stopped at 4 different stops and stood about 20 minutes at each stop basically hearing the same story just in a different way. Many just got tired of listening after awhile. One women even said: didn't he tell the same story at the last place. I would not recommend this tour. I was sold on it last year because of the stops and the stories that were told, this year was a total failure of 90 minutes of learning very little.

We had a late dinner reservation and struggled to find a tour that left late enough for us to take in. How lucky that our schedule steered us this way! Our tour guide was awesome, and it was a little extra spooky to take in the tour at 11 pm when the spots were a little darker and quieter. Ended up on Ghost City's website on the ride home searching for how "true" the stories are, and they all seem to hold up to historical records which was cool. Overall a really great experience for anyone looking to take in the haunts of Savannah
