Cool experience!

Tree was extremely knowledgeable of the area and brought the stories to life. My husband and I really enjoyed using the equipment which was the whole reason for us booking the tour was to have a true experience! We’re so thankful for Tree for stepping in and doing the tour for us because it was almost cancelled so I can’t say enough thank yous for walking us around the town, all three of us sweaty and all haha thank you again!!!

Disorganized.. Sent us to the wrong meeting point initially. Never communicated that. Started late. Not near enough Investigation tools for each party. The poor host had just finished a very large tour and was doing our group right after and was tired...

Thank you very much for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We do send texts for our tours about 2 hours before the tour begins to confirm the meeting location which we notice was sent to the number we had on file to you. Did we maybe have your home number instead of your cell? There were also directions emailed to you from TripAdvisor/Viator with the meeting location for the tour you chose. We also never have more than 20 people on each tour unless it’s a private event and have 24 pieces of equipment so we’re a little confused on the not enough equipment issue. The tour guide did confirm that everyone on tour had equipment. We’d love a little more clarification so if you could reach out to us directly we’d appreciate it! Have a great day!

This was a fun tour! Our guide Taylar was very knowledgeable and energetic. She kept us entertained, gave us great tips and had footage of ghosts this company has seen. At the end of the tour we were able to use the equipment and connect with some of the “ghosties”. Next time we would like todo the theater tour. Thanks Taylar for a fun night!

Brecken was amazing and told stories wonderfully. She was very informative with her knowledge of the historical events and the ghost equipment. I have done 2 tours total so far and this one tramples over the other one. 10 out of 10 would do again.

Taylar was an amazing guide. Due to weather, our group of Girl Scouts needed to be rescheduled. They were in constant communication until we were rescheduled. My girls had so much fun! They even managed to capture a whisper on the headphones. This tour was the highlight of the trip. Thanks to Taylar who made the evening fun and informative.
