Great time and value!

We arrived at our tour to find out nobody else showed up. It was an awesome experience! Michael made sure we had the best time, and his knowledge, stories of the area were amazing. We tried several of his suggestions (chocolat by Adam) was incredible. Great tour and value! Highly recommend!

Steve was our guide and he was so energetic and a wealth of knowledge. We had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this tour as it is a great way to see the city and learn the history. Our guide also had a lot of great recommendations on restaurants and things to do and see.

Never took the tour for thunder storm weather, and no compensation for my money!!! Was told my guide to tour in that weather???? With children involved with the ride???

Aquanetta, Our guide was there and ready to go. It was lightly raining. We go in light rain as is made clear on our tour page. There are even some advantages to light rain. Better than 90 and sunny always. City is more cleared out so you can roll up to stops. And, in your case, the rain had stopped before you drove away anyways. Our guide waited until you drove away patently in case you changed your mind and would have of course given you a full tour. Our guide offered if you wanted to reschedule the tour. You denied that offer. When you asked for a refund, our guide told you to request through Viator, since that is where you booked the tickets. It is our understanding you put in that request and it was denied. All policies were followed and were clear from the start.

Non-fiction Steve is a GREAT guide - so sincere and helpful, plus a treasure trove of all things in the Savannah historic district. We loved getting the inside scoop on the history, and he can answer every question (plus quiz you later to make sure you remember it all!) Our favorite stops were the restaurant areas and the Mercer House and its accompanying story. A wonderful tour - take it early so you can see all the places in Savannah you’ll want to visit!!
