For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Great fun and different ghost tour

This is NOT your ordinary ghost tour it’s an interactive theatrical play showing all the stories you hear on the trolly. It was a great time and I throughly enjoyed the interactive experience. The trolley tour was great and RADAR was an excellent driver. I must say this is nothing against the tour but I personally did not like riding the trolley and seeing sights from the trolley (just a personal feeling I would rather walk and be able see the sites. I would definitely recommend this tour and it was worth our time and money. Keep up the great work and maybe think about doing a walking tour also in stead of the trolley.

Wasn’t what we expected, just a lot of acting and not very well. Is not underground, in a metal building. The ride there was better than the actual haunted what ever it was , differently not worth 65.00 dollars

This tour was great, We enjoyed hearing the ghost stories and seeing the homes and city squares that correlated with them. The actors were very good and made the story come to life. We had some great laughs and a few screams from our scary our group. Lots of fun for the evening.

I'm sorry it just wasn't that great. I would not do it again and it was not worth the price. The trolley portion was entertaining and gave you the creepy feel but what happened after that was confusing and hard to follow how it all tied together.

We loved this! We had 5 teens with us age 16-19 and they all loved it too! The actors were amazing, especially the priest! It was a fantastic way to truly visualize some of the past and the stories.

I'll start with Mauve & Radar were great!! Great personalities & made the experience fun while on trolley portion. Once we arrived at what we thought was a theater not a room in warehouse things turned corney. The story played out was one that was already explained by Mauve very well so it didn't need to be acted out. It's not that the actors were bad at all it was more of the concept we really wasn't expecting. That's why we gave 3 stars it wasn't the people it was the concept for us.

We did not know what to expect. On our trolley tour we we surprised when the tour hostess was Maive from their podcast. We love her. It was fun and informative. The show was awesome. The guests got to participate if they wanted to. You never knew what was going to happen next. The actors were amazing! Definitely a must if you are in Savannah!

We had an enjoyable time. Going to Savannah as often as we do and going to one or more historic/ ghost tours we are always looking for a new experience and hoping to hear different stories. This tour provided numerous stories we still hadn't heard and told in a very entertaining conversation with the trolly host. The interactive entertainment at the end was fun and very engaging. Definitely something different than the normal nightly walking ghost tour.

Never Again!

I reserved a ticket for two adults 10 days prior to going on the tour. On the day of the tour I recieved a text and a phone call telling me that my booking was canceled. When I called a got a very rude lady that said they had over booked and when I told her I made my reservation 10 days ago she said very rudely "The best I can do for you is to rebook you for tomarrow night. I didnt like it but I agreed. The next night about a few hours before the tour I recieved another phone call from them and the lady said that they had a tram go down and would I be willing to reschedule for the next night. I told her that this is the second night in a row that they canceled my reservation so what I am willing to do is get my money back. Again very rudely she said "OK I will cancel you and refund your money and just hung up on me. 6 days have passed and I have still haven't recieved my refund. Extremely disappointed.
