We didn't go it was storming out pouring rain, thunder and lightning I contacted your company to see if we could reschedule and was told if the tour didn't contact us then we couldn't reschedule or cancel. Very disappointed and this will be the last time I book anything through Viator.

Not long enough for the price. Left in an unfamiliar city after dark instead of being returned to where the tour began.

The tour guide was very good at telling the stories behind the places we stopped to see. We only stopped at two houses. The tour was advertised as a 2 hour tour. Our tour may have lasted an hour. Very disappointing for the price of $115 for our group. We were not taken back to where the tour began . Directions were given, but I am terrible with directions and I was a woman with two teenage daughters lost on the streets at 10:00 at night.

Long winded

We toured with Maxine. It was a very hot day. We had 8 in our party ages ranging from 8-50. It would have been helpful if they provided water or sent a text that no water or restrooms would be accessible. Maxine had to backtrack on stories and provided too much insufficient detail that made the stories less interesting. Each stop, dragged. She mentioned tipping at the top of the tour and it was distasteful.

Underwhelming ghost tour came up short

Our guide wasn’t the best. Her stories lacked depth and weren’t scary at all. We paid extra for the adults only, uncensored tour so we expected a little something extra. The ad said we would get a KII meter for the group which we did not get. The tour was supposed to be two hours. We were back in 1 hr 35 minutes.

Enjoyed but drawn out

The tour was interesting however the tour guide was long winded and stretched the stories longer than needed in our opinion. We found it uncomfortable standing for so long while she eventually built up to the crescendo. She was obviously well versed on each of the stops but it was difficult at times to maintain an attention level due to the length of the story line.
