The tour begins in Johnson Square. Once you arrive in Johnson Square you will see a large monument directly in the center of the Square( Nathaniel Greene Monument). This is where your tour guide will meet you. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

This was very fun and very interesting!!! Highly recommend! Only thing I didn’t like is that the city is lame and the graveyard is closed at night now so you don’t get to walk through it at night which is the main reason I came. No fault of the tour guide though!

Thank you for your review and your understand that the city does close the cemetery at dusk. This is to prohibit the vandalization of the gravestones and the park itself. Dillon was a great tour...

Dillon was a great tour guide! I was there with my sister and 11 year old grandson. You can tell Dillon is a great story teller. His retelling of historical events mixed with spooky tales kept everyone engaged. It was just spooky enough for kids, they all seemed to have fun. I highly recommend the tour and would come back again. My grandson was fascinated with the tale of the demon tree. After the tour ended he wanted to go back and take a photo to try to capture the glowing orbs, we got something….y’all can be the judge!

My 9 year old was really looking forward to a ghost tour for our trip. He is seldom ever scared but Kyle told the stories so well that he was thrilled! My 10 year old daughter was skeptical and expected to be bored but said it turned out to be a lot of fun and very interesting! I highly recommend Kyle as a guide!

Crowded tour with little substance. There were 32 people in our tour group which was far too many. The check in process was slow and it was difficult to hear the guide. Not much was covered and of the 1.5 hours a good chunk was devoted to waiting and kids questions.

Very boring, more walking than talking

Pur tour was more walking than talking. The guides stories were more history than ghost tales. Overall we found it very boring. All of our kids felt the same way. We've done other ghost tours and had a blast. Unfortunately this one was a snooze fest :(

Fun Savannah ghost tour without too much kitsch

We had a fun evening walking around with our guide Donald. He was a bit quirky and definitely gave some serious spook, maybe even a little too much for littler kiddos, but my 7 yo was all about it. We chose it because it was marketed as a family friendly tour. It was not too cheesy or over the top like some of these things tend to be. Enough real history weaved in to make the ghost stories entertaining while actually learning some Savannah facts as well. Overall it was well done and a fun family activity for us.

Would recommend. My husband and I went on the, “ The grave tales ghost tour “ last night. The tour was fun and exciting and family friendly. Our guid was very informative and knew her stuff even when asked! Someone give this gal a raise! Can’t wait to come back and go on another ghost adventure.
