Having to climb into the very back which included a tire hump with a bad knee. Not being able to sit with my partner. And BTW we were one of the first to get to store at 9:35 to sign in. Yet we were put on the last of three buses with no alternative. People who showed up last got on before us. Give tickets for first come first serve!!! We went to lunch at WholeFoods??? That certainly was NOT on list of stops. We were supposed to stay at the quaint village for an hour to have lunch. But driver only gave us 25 minutes. Not enough to even see everything. Didn’t stop at Prayer Park at all. And the order of attractions was not in order listed, so it will be hard to remember what was what. The bus was fine but VERY run down with torn cushions and seats. We literally sat on a blanket to cover destroyed seat. But it was a fine way to see a lot of Sedona in a short amount of time. So for that alone, we wud recommend. But come on people, you could have done A LOT better by us. We have verified that this was perfect for a senior couple with bad knees. NO it was not!

The scenery was excellent on par with some of the national parks. Traffic for the memorial day was horrendous and the guide changed the itinerary, but still gave us a full enjoyable and informative tour.

Avery was a great guide. I enjoyed hearing about the history of Sedona. One point of disappointment was we did not get to go to Chapel of the Holy Cross. I believe it was because of the construction traffic. I don't recall being notified of the change. I think it was important to say this at check in and again on the van. The company can't control traffic but can control their communication to their customers.

Our tour guide was great, but we didn’t get to see the Holy Cross Chapel due to crew repaving the road. Also, the vehicle we were in was badly in need of repair and it smelled like mildew.

Enjoyed the tour from the guy that moved from AK to Sedona. Great group, lots of fun and informative. I would do it again. One suggestion: please have a sign in the vehicle that states: TIP APPRECIATED not reqired so the guide doesn’t have to dance around asking for tips, that has to be embarrassing for them. Great show.
