- Per FAA regulations and in the interest of passenger safety all passengers must be weighed at check-in. Only the flight crew will have access to passenger weights, and all information will be kept confidential.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

It was an awesome experience for my family. Definitely a dream come true for my dad who survived an open heart surgery with 4 different procedures and this is definitely one of his bucket list. We are very satisfied with their service. Everyone is so professional and courteous. The flight was so smooth. Great pilot! It’s definitely an unforgettable moment for everyone and if we ever come back to this place, we will definitely fly with them again!

It was an awesome experience for my family. Definitely a dream come true for my dad who survived an open heart surgery with 4 different procedures and this is definitely one of his bucket list. We are very satisfied with their service. Everyone is so professional and courteous. The flight was so smooth. Great pilot! It’s definitely an unforgettable moment for everyone and if we ever come back to this place, we will definitely fly with them again!

We got to see Downtown Pigeon Forge and alot of other attractions
The friendly pilot Jake with the knowledge of the area and great flight path for the best sights

From check in to leaving the guys were great. Fantastic trip with a fun easy going way to take your photos as you boarded, engaging pilot informing you of interesting points the whole trip. Enjoyed every second of it. We only dud the shortest flight as it was my girlfriends first helicopter flight in case she didn't like it....she loved it, wanted to go straight back up again when we landed. Had the helicopter all to ourselves which made it very personal to us.
Would definitely do a longer flight next time. Top marks.

We were late for our reservation but they couldn’t have been more kind or accommodating. The flight was fantastic. Every person we encountered was friendly. The pilot was excellent. I f you want to see the beautiful Smoky Mountains this is the way and definitely the place to do it!
