On your Viator’s voucher are clearly reported both the Meeting Point and the Emergency Phone Number.
In case of problems, you are requested to contact our Offices that would be more than happy to support you and to offer a dedicated assistance on site. Sometimes people when traveling, may be unfamiliar with meeting point, and our team is there to help.
Clarified that, from our records you did a no-show, and didn’t call any of our numbers to inform or to ask for assistance.
We are really sorry that you didn’t had the opportunity to enjoy our tour, but as clearly stated on Viator’s T&C, for no-shows any refund is due.
