Before you read any further, just take my word and book this class. This class was the highlight of our whole trip and we had so much fun! An absolute beautiful setting to learn foundational and traditional Italian cooking. The class is conducted in a beautiful small cottage overlooking the vineyard and is set on a beautiful 14th century castle grounds. In addition to the cooking class, we got to do a short tour of the grounds and wine cellar and learn a bit more about the castle itself, the history, and the vineyard. The cooking class was easy to follow and extremely well instructed. Our instructor, Alexandra, was extremely talented and so much fun to hang out with for the day. She was an absolute ray of sunshine! It also is important to note that the food we cooked was also exception! All in all I would recommend this to everyone and anyone! You won't regret it.
