Learning about the volcano formation, how ice caves are made and how magical they are inside, was marvelous!
Too much for beginners
Agata_P, Sep 2022
The excursion was way to easy compared the expectation. We basically walk few steps on the very initial part of the glacier. We expected something more unfortunately. The group was approximately 15 people and therefore is not a small group. But the guide was a cool guy
Francesco is the best!

Our guide was super safety oriented and very friendly. He also knew a great deal about the glacier and educated us with many Interesting facts. I would HIGHLY recommend this. It was a nice hike, but not crazy and it was the most beautiful view ever being up there! We even ended up filling our water bottles from glacier water!
Very good tour !

Well equiped by the team and with good explanations when we were on the glacier. Thanks to May for her last tour 😉. We really appreciated this tour in small coup (12 persons). It's an Amazing experience to walk on the glacier !
Great experience but expected longer on the ice.
James_F, Jul 2021
Walking in the ice was great and our guide May was really good. However, there was a lot of faffing up front so the time on the ice was less than an hour and we didn’t make it very far up. I think this was partly due to having one lady who couldn’t walk far in our group. We didn’t get up close to the crevasses which was a shame.
Discovery of alive glacier

Our guide , Barbara, show us a wonderfall face of à glacier . We walk on the ice during more than two hours and this expérience was fantastic. We discover also how a glacier can be dangerous and brittle in the same time.
Once in a lifetime experience

Our guide Barbara was fantastic, she was patient knowledgeable and funny. I highly recommend this trip for every age group with good physical fitness. I am above 60 and was getting used to walking with crampons but once you got it, it is fine.

The glacier hike was great. Not too short and not too long. We got explanation how glacier are created. Walked with crampons on the glacier. Saw moulins. Drank testy glacier water. And more... This great job was done by our guide. Danny from Sweden. Thanks for the great experience!

Just great! Small group out on the glacier. Guide was great and learned a lot about the glaciers and the local geography and even history. Wonderful experience and pretty easy for beginners to ice hiking.
