A bit of a let down

This definitely fell short of my expectations unfortunately. Calling it an ice cave tour is a bit of a stretch seeing that there is only one cave you will see at the end and you basically pop in to take a look and then come out. If you were looking for a workout while on your vacation, it was a rather challenging walk across the glacier. However, if you were looking for a true Iceland ice cave experience like I was, I would go elsewhere. The photos also show people in the cool ice crevices, we only got to go into one crevice for a quick second.

One of the highlights of this experience were the incredible guides August and especially Brooke!! I am actually afraid of heights and was nervous to "brave the cave" but they made the experience extra fun and were a huge support! I felt super happy to do this route and now have a wonderful memory to take with me!
